I hope the owners bought the lot next door so no other house can impede that gorgeous view. Love the layout. Only thing I'd want different is to carry the back porch over to the master suite exit. I think that would have been worth the extra bucks to have that all continue for one large entertaining space. Lake loving is the place to be 🏞🏡

Beautiful home. I'm sure the homeowners appreciate your attention to detail and planning, such as the grass, soil, etc..makes such a difference for their equity and upkeep of the home/yard.😃 It's a shame the lake views are mostly obstructed

Another beautiful home. Curious though as to why they only did a rainfall in primary bath?
I absolutely love it but the family room is just to small, I'd extend it like 10ft for better furniture placement. The master I'd extend that as well. Beautiful finishes though 👌
My thoughts exactly! For such a BEAUTIFUL home and as huge this home seems on the outside, that family/living room is drastically small and same goes for the master and it's closet (all bedrooms and closets for that matter). If I had the money, I would walk away because of that. But everything else about the home is pretty much perfect

That fireplace is to plain should of did stone floor to ceiling y no basement ?
They plan to do some things to dress up the fireplace later, after they move in :-)

most houses he builds the homeowners play a huge part on all finishes and materials. we worked with the homeowner from the start so yes they had lots of input in the selections
