The kitchen island countertop hang off on the peninsula is weird 5:43. It seems to hang off on the kitchen side and not the family room side.

Where can a residential customer buy the can fan's? I cannot find them anywhere and when I Google them - Google goes stupid and tries to sell me a light and fan fixture but not the CanFan fixture...
home improvement stores should sell them. I know brands like Broan and Panisonic make some.

Staging your homes would let a customer to see the potential
These homes belong to someone they were custom built for the buyer why would he pay for staging to only do a youtube video for 20 min then have to move it all out for the home owner to move in the next day that makes no since
