Nightwing vs Red Hood at the end of Batman: Battle for the Cowl is another favorite of mine. It really went to show that even when Jason finally had it all, Dick beat him by staying true to what the then thought to be dead Bruce's legacy.
I think Wally West vs Barry Allen during Flash War was pretty great. Insane how the two of them racing nearly destroyed the entire DC multiverse.
Honorable mention, Namor and Black Panther. Their nations went to war with one another over their beef….their issues with each other might not ever get resolved. That rivalry is underrated.
Kraven and Black Panther was another great one, Panthers comics were really underrated

Batman vs Superman and Superman vs Doomsday are just so iconic and legendary
I also love the fight between The Flash (Barry) and Reverse-Flash in Flash: Rebirth where Thawne reveals that he’s been manipulating Barry’s life and that he was the one who murdered his mum. It’s such a shocking twist for the time it was published and the emotion in that fight proves how incredible Geoff Johns is as a writer, plus the artwork by Ethan van Sciver is incredible

Uncanny X-Men 183: Colossus gets wrecked by Juggernaut in a bar fight while Wolvie and Nightcrawler let it happen to teach Peter a lesson. So great!
Lulz Juggy is one of the all time brawlers, I loved that he left money to pay for the damage😂
Excellent list but the two that have stuck with me is Sentry vs World breaker Hulk and Superman vs Doomsday. Finally getting a indication of how strong the Sentry is was a eye opener. I think that fight did a lot for Sentry's reputation and credibility as a top tier powerhouse. Superman vs Doomsday was so brutal. That fight tested Superman's will to win and to live more than anything else. Which was cool to see.
That wasn't worldbreaker Hulk that was base Green scar.... The real worldbreaker appeared later on.. Hulk in his fight against sentry and the entire world war Hulk saga saw Hulk holding back the entire time.. Hulk held back all through.
I like the fight of Colossus vs. Cain Marko. Both Colossus and Marco were drunk and it got into a fight in the bar it was awesome
I was watching this, concerned the Superman v Doomsday battle wasn't going to be brought up. Excellent finisher.
My favorite book of all time
Growing up reading superman being so invincible and easily disabling enemies after a short struggle, I was kinda over superman
Then came his fight with Doomsday

Thor vs the Hulk was special to me. I got it at the county fair. It was the first real battle I seen. It was great.
Batman's monologue during the Superman fight in The Dark Knight Returns is epic. "Remember the one man who beat you"; Chills, literal chills.
My favourite part is Batman coming back to disable the mutant leader and avenge his loss, DKR is Millers greatest work, even better than Sin City
What is more important is the line he says, basically written by Frank Miller, and used 3 more times

I really wanna see Hulk vs Wolverine and The Thing in the MCU.
Unfortunately it would be nearly impossible without some type of huge fanservice type of deal.

Thor vs Hulk is the greatest battle in comic history
Don't forget about all the legendary fights in the DC/Marvel crossover comics.... especially in 2003's JLA/Avengers.
I remember buying that Thor issue when it first came out and still have it to this day. No Thor/Hulk fight IMO has ever topped this one.
Just off the top of my head would be...
1: Ultimate Spider-Man fighting in front of his home against most of rogue gallery to the death.
2: Spider-Man fighting Kingpin in prison with on hell of a one sided beat down of Fisk.
3: Hulk versus almost all of the X-Men during the World War Hulk.
4: Justice League versus new superhero's who turned out to be the white Martian's was really epic.
5: Hulk vs Maestro Hulk and how the fight was won in the end was great.

Batman/Nightwing in Nightwing #30 from the New 52. Epic between Bruce and Dick.
Under the Red Hood Battle between Bruce/Jason
Battle for the Cowl between Dick and Jason
Original Thor /Beta Ray Bill (not as popular mainstream but epic) when Odin decrees the battle and finally maybe Spiderman/Wolverine from the 80s team up book. Amazing and epic battle with neither winning showing the prowess from them both.

Spawn Vs Batman in that current shot storyline .Cause was cool see who more a badass Batman or Spawn ,And to see that they both not different as heroes in comics .And cool as usual Arris .

One of my favorite battles is when black panther, Luke cage, blade and brother voodoo fight vampires in New orleans
Cage and Blade worked well together, was hoping for some heroes for hire/Blade teamups
Batman vs Mutant leader has to be the most iconic battle ever. It isn't between the most powerful superheroes/villains, it isn't too many heroes fighting but the lines, the fight, Batman explaining each punch and its effect, the dialogues. Just goes to show how good writing can make a fight epic!

You can't even think about massive superhero battles without mentioning Miracleman vs Kid Miracleman. Other conflicts had better name recognition, but none have ever been as brutal.

My pick is Amazing Spider-Man 363: Spider-man and Venom vs. Carnage. This is one of my all time favorite Spider-Man story lines and it also had one of the most epic battles in Spider-Man history.
You guys are great, this channel helped me a lot to lighten the daily life back in the most difficult days of the pandemic, love the channel.
My all-time favorite is The Incredible Hulk vs The Juggernaut

In my opinion, the battle between Superman and Thor in the crossover Justice League vs Avengers was one of the greatest. It didn't last long but each panel of the fight was done to epic proportion that I can not describe it in mere words. Again though that's just me.

As soon as you mentioned hulk and thor I remembered the recent fight they had when they swapped powers and showed how Thor is actually stronger.
Depending on who's writing it.
Thor isn't stronger:
1. Thor himself has admitted that Hulk is stronger.
2. The recent fight they had was Bruce vs Thor,Bruce was in charge not Hulk.. The real Hulk was locked up in the mind scape... so that fight was basically Bruce vs Thor... also Bruce was clearly holding back,Bruce was calm and collected and knew Thor was his friend.. Thor on the other hand was lashing out and blinded by rage...
Hulk is stronger than Thor while Thor is more powerful...
Yeah, the amount of plot armour Thor was given was pretty dumb. I know now the MCU has given the Avengers a huge popularity boost. They try to hype them up where ever possible. But when it comes to the Hulk (or Silver Surfer) IE the physically strongest in the Marvel Universe. The Avengers should just stay in their lane.
I forgot which issue, but Spider-Man versus Juggernaut blew my mind in how cleverly it ended.
I wish he would’ve did Marvel vs DC, that whole comic was filled with crazy battles

*OK PLEASE DO A PART 2* I have to say imo, The Dark Knight Returns is one of my favorite DC animated movies of all time. In the animated world, DC comics is the absolute pinnacle. However, on the big screen marvel definitely takes it. When I was younger, I only read marvel comics as I was not a huge DC fan. But now, as an adult, I absolutely love the writing of DC. But as far as comic books go, it’s hard to choose a favorite. They both have amazing storylines.

Hate that everyone always fails to mention that right after delivering that undeniably epic line to Superman, Batman immediately fakes a heart attack as he knows he's done all he can. Superman gets up, knows Bruce is faking, and chooses to be the bigger man and leaves. Really doesn't sound like such a resounding victory after all with just a little more context!
Easily without thinking the original Beyonder vs the Molecule Man, and Thor and Hyperion vs the Beyonders
Thor vs Hulk one of the coolest moments jn Marvel comics like its Live action counterpart Thor ragnarok, the Grandmaster forced Thor to fight his old avenger friend Hulk in a battle areana while being controlled by a Remote device and these two had an incredible fight in the arena and Thor,s father Odin appeared while he's still getting punch by Hulk and got back up all the sudden and started using Lighting⚡⚡.
It was a more believable match in the actual basis for that scene in Ragnorak: Planet Hulk. Wherein Hulk is forced to fight Silver Surfer in the arena. A more evenly matched encounter.
World War Hulk vs Sentry and Superman vs Doomsday are my favorite comic book battles.

I would say one of my all-time favorites is the X-men Inferno. It was X men vs. Xmen ..Great Battles old school style. 👍🏿✌🏿..💯💪🏿👑H.A.D
I enjoyed this list because I seen one I would have never expected to be there (Hulk vs Thor) and one I forgot a read like 10 times (Death of Superman). Just great!

Hulk vs Wolverine was the biggest. I wasn’t a comic book fan and all my friends talked about this battle. It was as if they finally made a great marvel movie.
Hulk vs. The Thing, Superman vs. Spiderman, DC vs. Mortal Kombat, Batman vs. Predator, Batman vs. Punisher, I could go on, but I will leave it at that.
