why doesn't this song get any airplay on Oldies stations? It was really popular back in the day. Sad if it gets lost to the sands of time after those of us who lived through the 70's pass away!

This song was on the jukebox at the Pizza Hut I worked at in 1977 and people use to play it all the time. What a fun catchy tune…👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Clicked over here because I just discovered he wrote "Angie Baby" by Helen Reddy. This song was a strange, cool pop hot back in the day when disco, R&B funk, pop and rock were all in rotation on the same radio stations.

It's great they mixed Robin Williams, Patrick Duffy and Victoria Principal et al with footage from disco roller-skating at the Zoo night club on William Street Kings Cross, Sydney, Australia! It works well. I turned 10 in that year (1977), but as a long-term Sydney person, I would be fascinated to know where the Zoo was exactly. Yes there were so many people roller-skating in those days. My best guess as to the location would be what is now the Bayswater Car Rental on William Street, Kings Cross/Darlinghurst. Capitol and the ABC appeared to be further up on the street, nearer to the Coca-Cola sign, but it was night and difficult to see on this video. I'm not sure if OMally's (the pub) was there in those days. Maybe someone who can remember the street way back then can tell me if I'm correct about the exact location of the Zoo and describe what else was there. Great video.

I'd like to have danced with Weezy Jefferson and Pamela Ewing. You should've shown Steve and Jamie doing at the bionic disco.
