Stunning video, definitely food for thought.
Thank you, glad it was helpful
I managed to find a sealed copy of Red Harvest on e-bay………not at an extortionate price, looking forward to another painting project.
Nice one!
Perfect timing for this video, just primed mine outside! Gonna start later today!
That's awesome! Have fun getting your set painted up.
That’s super cool terrain, and you did a great job! I can definitely see some loyalist space marine helmets and graffiti of chaos stars and symbols of Khorne turning that in a great heretic board.
Thanks, John! It would definitely work with that.
Looks excellent mate, def gonna try this
Thanks! Have fun getting your set ready for battle 👊
Awesome video man. Just bought this a box, and your video is definitely going to help me in painting the minis.
Glad it was helpful, thank you! Have fun getting it all ready for battle, it's so cool in the tabletop.
Simply brilliant! I also really like your approach of doing painting tutorials
Thank you, that’s awesome to hear 👊
Thanks for this video, great production. This has inspired me to get painting. Simple techniques but so effective.
Glad you enjoyed it! Awesome to hear, have fun getting your set painted and thanks for watching!

Absolutely brilliant mate. Well done.
Thanks, Aaron! The metal took a lot longer than I expected but worth it, an awesome terrain set. Now for the minis!
Looks great! 👍
Thank you!
Very nice scheme Lee. Really well done.
Thank you, Jack!
Great work Lee! Well done! Still assembling my terrain. It's in the queue
Thank you! Some parts are pretty fiddly but overall interesting set to build. Have fun getting yours ready for battle!
very nice! I'd like to see you paint more themed terrain sets!
Thank you! I've got some videos on the channel for the Warcry Catacombs set and Sigmarite Mausoleum if you haven't seen already.
Nice, great looking terrain.
Thank you!

A paint job well done. Looking really good.
Thank you!
Looking good dude 🤘. I'm having to wait until the new year until I get this box. Cant wait to get my hands on it.
Thanks! It's a great set, have fun getting ready when you pick up a set.
This was super useful. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful, thanks for watching Leon!
Great video, lovely paint job
Thank you!
Alright! I'm doing it. Following your recipe step by step. I figure it's the only way I'll get it done and yours looks great.
Only thing I'm doing significantly different so far is I airbrushed primer. Mostly for the practice.
I'm painting metal bits now....lots... of metal bits...
Hey nice one! Have fun painting all those metal bits! 🤪
I have just been quarantined and I know exactly what I am going to do.
Look out for more painting videos for the miniatures coming soon. Will keep you topped up during quarantine haha!
@@tabletopskirmishgames thank you!
so much great content!
Thanks so much!
For whatever reason, my lead belcher + Aggaros Dunes did not come out as vibrant as yours appears on camera. So I quickly shifted gears and used Vallejo Brass instead of leadbelcher. I'll wash it with Agrax later.
That's a good swap.
Hey Lee!
Your Terrain looks great!
I started yesterday with painting my set. But can explain how you painted the "inside" of these "washing rinns". The same way like the other metal parts, or did I get something wrong?
Hey Daniel, yes I dry brushed them in the same way. It's cool to dry brush in the direction going along the inside so if you get any streaks it'll look natural as if the rubble has scratched the surface. Then the piles were painted later in the video. Have fun painting your set!
Does anyone know if the new warhammer battleforce boxs will sell out quickly on the warhammer website? Thanks
They still have the listed so looking good so far.
Hello how long did it take you to paint all the terrain? Thanks for the video.
It took longer than I expected because of the metal bolts and fastenings on the wood. I can't remember how long exactly but definitely around 12- 18 hours of painting all up and that included filming so it should be quicker without the filming.
@@tabletopskirmishgames thanks for the time frame
Us: Wait, the wood its just a purple undercoat -for overall- and a minty green from dg green and white corax?
You, with a weapon: It always was.
🤣
I've watched a few times and I'm trying to figure out what you applied to the inside of the troughs. Was that leadbelcher coat with Aggaros Dunes or did that colour build up from the drybrushing you did in that area?
From 11:55 you can see the leadbelcher dry brush and then the paints used to give the hot coals effect. Prior to that it was just the drybrushing. Hope that helps!
Loved it! Vegan brush video when?
Great to hear!
Did you really need to mix that much paint in the beginning? I was looking for an easy method to paint them real quick. The second half of the video, starting where you do the metal, is excellent and I will be using that. But, gotta figure out what colors to use on the wood. Thinking of dry brush Skavenblight Dinge, Stormvermin Fur, and then Screaming Skull.
I painted all the pieces at the same time so I mixed up a good amount to cover it. I had to make another mix to get it all done. If you use a wet pallet, you might not need so much. Thanks for watching and have fun getting yours ready!
