go for intel cpu i7 14th gen, rtx 4070ti, 16gb to 32gb ram, ssd storage based on how much you use, with up to 1000W psu, if the budget allows you go for i9.
So there is a big difference in desktop configuration and laptop configurations ... Desktop i7 or ryzen 7 will perform 10 % better than laptop because of bigger and more powerful chip... same goes for gpu as well. The desktop has a massive gpu that gives it better performance... my gpu in desktop is 12gb, so that gives me an upper edge as well..2nd laptop is a work laptop.

See agar tum architecture study karne walle ho tho Laptop leleo and ek extra monitor 27 " ya 32 " ka ghar ke liye , any monitor with full hd displya is enough, hight refresh rate is not needed in architecture. Laptop will give you flexibility to work in college and monitor will provide you comfort while working at home. but if you just go for laptop that totally fine to, maine bhi bass laptop liya tha.

Ipad is probably good when you are working... Mac is the best option if you are an apple user.
