Thank you for your honesty! I exercise 6 times per week but can't seem to get the weight off. I lost 10lbs in a couple weeks and then feel like I gained it all back. 😢 the kitchen is cute though!

Working out doesn’t improve weight loss
Working out only helps maintain balance in your body and prevents weight gain. Eating healthier is what helps.
