NEW PIMP MY LIFT SERIES!
In this session, I spent the day bench pressing with ‪@ryanbluebowen‬ - the number 2 ranked arm wrestler in Australia (number 1 in his weight class). After our session, he took me through my paces with arm wrestling. I'm going to be helping him with his strength training along side @lachlan.adair who is Australia's number 1 Arm Wrestler.

Great to see Sebastian really hammer the basics and importance of setup. Working in person with a coach who drills safe execution and basics will be fantastic for Ryan to build strength and more importantly, avoid the beginner mistakes and injuries. Can’t wait to see more!
