Guy Pearce has been in so many goddamn good movies. Priscilla, Memento, LA Confidential, Ravenous, Lawless, The Hurt Locker, The King’s Speech, The Proposition, The Road, Iron Man 3, Count of Monte Cristo… One of the most underrated actors ever!
Guy peace is a legend! He’s been so good in so many things! And I jist watched Grand Budapest over Christmas (wes Anderson movies are big Christmas movies for me starting off with tenenbaums)and Adrien Brody is amazing in it, along with all alll his Wes Anderson roles. I just discovered that Brady Cobert plays the other lunatic in Funny Games against the incredibly underrated Michael Pitt and I’m in shock, I had no idea that was him in that film. This is a really good letter box interview full of legends. I hope so much Guy wins the Oscar. So overdue!
I wish Brody's had been "The Thin Red Line." Not just because it's the best film he's ever been in (my #2 of all time), but also because of the notoriety of Brody's co-leading role slashed to ribbons in the editing room.
Hearing Guy Pierce speak made me realize I’ve never heard him just talk in his regular Australian voice. He sounds very different with an American and English accent
Adrien Brody probably hopes it’s CLEAN, b/c he loves making beats/hip hop and wrote, directed and did the music. I’d personally go with Grand Budapest or Midnight In Paris, but I suppose he was supporting in them.
I really like Jessie Eisemberg, I need to recovered the art of self-defense thank you for the advice Alessandro Nivola!!😉 Raffey Cassidy is fantastic!🤩
Such a good Nic Cage impression!
Probably the best one I’ve ever seen
@@S-jq1yk I'm in agreement, completely accurate.
Hahaha Alessandro’s impression of Nicholas Cage, “Woooo!”
So great to see some love for The Art of Self Defense - so underrated.
first thing i thought about too. loved it and recommend it to everyone when it came out. its about to time for a rewatch
That was a great Nic Cage impression! 😂😂

He do be popping up in some bangers add The Rover to that list. Memento is my fav tho!
Iron man 3 isn't that good of a film
I'd say take out Iron Man 3 and add in Brimstone and The Rover.
You're right! I wish he had gotten more leading roles, thank God for The Brutalist
Dating the Ememy was a fun Aussie movie he was in
The Brutalist is such a breathtaking work of art. Everything about it, the direction, all of the performances...
This is a great idea. I hope you do more of these.
hearing brady corbet talk about mysterious skin feels like a warm hug
its all coming back around
If Felicity Jones was there we’d hear about Rogue One.
I love these guess your favourite videos
yayyyyy more of this format please!!

Hell yeah, Alessandro! More people need to watch The Art of Self Defence. Terrific movie!
Need to set aside an entire day so I can watch this mammoth of a feature
they're almost always disappointed lmao
You added titles! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Very fun video!

Screaming THE ROVER at the top of my lungs directly at my phone while alone in my room
That's his best performance
Love this videos! GOD I was hoping Alessandro's most popular film would be GOAL!: THE DREAM BEGINS just for his reaction
Brilliant format, we love it❤
Guy pearce's response is hilarious 😂
The Grand Budapest Hotel is a no-brainer for Brody
Oh, absolutely
He was probably thinking about his starring roles.
He forgot he was in it
Isaach de Bankolé is an incredible actor, pretty underrated imo
Hearing Guy Pierce speak made me realize I’ve never heard him just talk in his regular Australian voice. He sounds very different with an American and English accent
You're obviously American literally everyone else in the world knows him as an Aussie from neighbours and Priscilla
Love this new segment.
I love how all their movies are arthouse or auteur movies and then Nivola and De Bankole’s movies are action blockbusters lol
Alessandro Nivola is so underrated
I can't wait to watch Adrien Brody knock it out of the park!!! Fantastic actor 💯👍💪
the art of self defense is fucking amazing it was the first thing i thought when alessandro appeared
This proves that most actors are very self-aware even when they act otherwise when they are promoting a film.
I’d like too see more of these questions 🔥
Love to hear a Ghost Dog shout-out
Why are posters so small xD
The limits of control!
whatever adrien brody is doing it’s working because he is looking fine as hell
Adrien Brody probably hopes it’s CLEAN, b/c he loves making beats/hip hop and wrote, directed and did the music. I’d personally go with Grand Budapest or Midnight In Paris, but I suppose he was supporting in them.
Great video bro
Dickie Moltisanti🙌
I can't look at Brady Corbett without thinking of his role on 24
I’ve never seen either Nymphomaniac, but I saw the clip of Uma Thurman showing up to her house with her kids, and it was some tense stuff.
I really like Jessie Eisemberg, I need to recovered the art of self-defense thank you for the advice Alessandro Nivola!!😉
Raffey Cassidy is fantastic!🤩
Ive only seen her in tomorrowland😂
Issach de Bankole - Miami Vice and Adrien Brody - The Darjeeling Limited are on mine
Also, The Stars at Noon with Joe Alwyn is a great film
mysterious skin in my top4!!
Casino Royale for the win one of my favorites
Guy Pierce ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Pearce
Alessandro is so underrated
Today I learned the little blonde boy suffering from abuse and nosebleeds in Mysterious Skin grew up to direct film like the brutalist. 🤯
alessandro crumb mention so wise so based
3:20 "woooo"
For Brady it’s gotta be Thunderbirds
Favourited?
Should be The Proposition for Guy Pearce
I love you, #letterboxd
What a dumb question.
Gavin Harris
The Art of Self Defense was not good imo
