I’m now 52 years old. I was riding my bike and walking those same places at 14 years old. Many places are gone. The old courthouse, the old video game place. But I like how you show us everything. I’m now living in New York City. Been here since I was 17. I grew up in Worcester. But I truly don’t miss it. Nothing to really do.
When I lived there. The glass building was called the Shawmut Bank Building. I used to be a Receptionist at the Merryl Lynch Office on some floor up top.
It’s not a very walkable city, they’re in one of the most walkable areas of the city but most people living there would have to drive somewhere and park their car just to walk around like they are, not a lot of foot traffic, unless it’s people going to or getting out of work or some kind of event going on, not a fun city to walk in daily

I've never thought of Worcester as "vibrant", but to each their own.
This a true testament to Worcester's Leadership over the last 60 years!
Amen to that! It has changed so much..
They turned the old courthouse into living quarters. Beautiful building that courthouse.

Is the Main Library still Downtown?
Yes! Next to the main square.
"Vibrant" isn't my adjective of choice for Worcester ... 😂
Haha, what word would you use?

Vibrant? There's nobody on the streets lol.
XD How would you call Worcester?
@@TwoStepsAtATime I'd call it mediocre with a boondoggle baseball stadium to pay for. Baseball is boring.
