- This is a great time crawling at savage lands and celebrating 9 year old Carter's birthday. Lots of good people and awesome rigs just having fun. As you will see at the beginning of the video. I scored me a couple of new rigs and traxxas traxx. Thanks for all of your support. Peace everybody.
I like the talks between you and all the other guys. Just good clean running footage, no cuts, no blaring music
Thanks. It was just good fun. a bunch of new people meet each other and having a great time without rules on the course. Lol
Happy Birthday to CARTER! Welcome to the RC world!
🥳Happy Birthday Carter🎂
Awesome course. Lots of good footage.
Sweet video!
That course looks fun to crawl on!💯👍
I line my lexan with gorilla tape to give some support to the body. Nice course run n goodies find! Cheers
That’s the perfect truck for those axles because it’s lifted they clear almost everything & you get to see them because they ain’t cheap!
Thx for the great vid
Super cool love your course. I’m watching 2024 April 25 5:40 AM.
This was at my buddies course. He has closed it down and given me some of the materials for mine. I'm rebuilding it now.
Happy Brithday Carter good skills man
Happy birthday Carter!!
Nice Truck 😬😬😏👍
Good video 👍
Awesome Truck !!!
Grave digger monster jam lol with the one with all green parts on it
👍👍😁😁
Great driving!!!!!!!
Nice
Another great video! Looks like those axle skid plates help you slide over the obstacles instead of the axle pumpkin getting hung up and stopping you. K10 looking great with more upgrades! Keep it up!! I’m in Michigan and haven’t found anyone around into doing this, or any crawling events so I’m just finding spots to go myself.
Have you looked for Facebook groups around your area I'm sure there are some.
Nice track…looks like a blast!
The engine noises actually sound like a dinosaur! 😅
The high trail looks great Nice video👍
my trx6 hauler fish tails ... drifts in second gear with its 3800KV on 13t :)
axail Scorpion. My first crawler
Nice ax10 scorpion. Nice find. Places still make upgraded parts for them too.
Good to know. Are the Axial venom and the AX10 scorpion the same?
Actually I'm not even sure if it's made by Axial. I was looking it up it's a venom creeper.
@@ezboyrc553 they are two different companies.
Axial and venom are different companies at the time maybe. Venom had that one with the lockers during that time. While axial had the scorpion twin plate or something like that ax-10 and the scx10 og was born from those axles etc. they had an geese so long Is xr 10 hi dollar build kit. Those venoms kind of had those maxxis trepidor tire look or your Mickey Thompsons. Wonderful video only 6min Into it going to relax and enjoy😎, thanks man!
Thanks for the info. My doing some research on them so I will know more about them. I was told that they were axial venom creepers. Lol
I learned today that Venom is the company that makes them. Lol
That looked fun. Testing all the new parts out. 👌 Got out for first time ever with group last weekend. Snow trail run. Whats the total weight on the high trail now?
About the diff skids, with no portals, 1.55 tires and rocks, the back skid always gets caught. On the portals, and 1.9, its not bad. But only when rock crawling. they hang on rocks like a rope is attached to the rear lol. They do look good. The front one is a bit better, just depends. I was thinking flatten the sides out a bit or cut to shape a bit better. So it doesn't have sharp corners. Just things ive been farten around with.
Total weight with them tires being so heavy is 12.2 pounds
I put the traxx on today and it's 11.6 now.
Man your rig just gets cooler and cooler!! Do you happen to have any ezboy,rc stickers made up? I'd be more than happy to put one on my K10 to kinda promote your channel.
I haven't gotten a sticker yet but I'm hoping to find someone that can help me make some.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE those boggers where did u get them i would love to buy some
wow, it has been some time, we need to get together bro, get up with john D, he knows how to get up with me, monday we are crawling my rocks, give us a holler!!!!!!!
Will try. sounds good
Hey brother, what size are those Desert Lizard shocks front and rear? Maybe sent a link? 😁 Love the videos!!! Keep it up!!!
I'm pretty sure the ones on my high trail are 110mm front and back. .The kit gives you different little rubber pieces with different amount of holes in them. I like the ones with 2 holes the best. They work perfect for me.
Awesome truck… that sound kit is perfect..what sound kit is it???
Ess dual sound systems
Unfortunately I don’t think the Mud Slinger’s are the best tires for crawling, or anything else. Lol
I agree they're not the best for crawling. The reason these 2.2 mudslingers do so good on my truck it's because I've gotten a lot of weight inside them each wheel is almost 400g
Digging the axles man. Looks like a fun little course as well!
Not doggin on the video or talkin crap, but what ever happened with the picture stability mode? Honestly just curious, don’t think I heard ya say anything else about it after those two videos a few weeks back.
When I use the stability mode the picture quality is just not as good it doesn't come in the lighting starts to look bad. I'm working on it.
Sorry we were just talking and having fun it wasn't a comp. I was there for a good time.
I’m not hating on ya man. I was just curious. Definitely enjoy the content either way. Looked like a damn good time!
@DRZ RC I know you wasn't. I didn't mean it to sound that way. I'm getting ready to put together a video talking about these tracks because my mother in law is a descendant of the person who invented some in 1907
And in the beginning of this video. I am showing the difference in the picture with the stability mode on the camera it's not so impressive and it takes all the lighting away if you're in the house and let you have a lot of light.
@@ezboyrc553 yea that’s a really cool background story for sure! The tracks look beastly on that mammoth! I watch the videos either way, but it is definitely easier on the eyes when they are more stable. I have that weird lighting issue when I use certain modes in my videos as well, but the stability and focus quality is so much better in those modes that I usually touch up the brightness and color when I’m editing the videos. Aside from any slo-mo clips… I can pretty much match the rest together to the point where ya can’t even tell they were taken with different camera settings. What camera or phone do you use to record?
what type of sound system is that?
Ess dual sound simulator
What bumpers are you running in the k10 hightrail? Just picked one up and looking for metal bumpers.
Not sure what they're called.
I got them on a trade. When you look on amazon. you can find the back one but not the front one.
What are you using for the sound and where did you get your tires?
Ess dual sound simulator. I get my tires on trade most of the time, but you can get them on Amazon. They are mud slinger 2.2
Thanks for the info!
If you got any rc's you don't use/ don't want I'll take them. Just in case
Sound effects is a little much. But tge the videos
Grave Digger
Just wondering what bumpers those are? They look good on that k10. Thank you
I got them on a trade. I'm not sure what they are.
The k10 is looking nice 👍 now could you paint the Axel's red and black or do you like it the color it is oh shit tracks come with that
I decided to get this color. I actually Wanted The chrome axel. I'm going to get some gold desert lizard shocks. I honestly did not want to spend $20 More Just for black and red. I like the shiny parts and if I ever replace pieces with brass that look almost the same.
