Ive seen people often hold big carp that way to keep them from flipping out. But as you can see from the thumbnail picture of the video, I did hold it properly for a picture too 👍

Lol no you don't get gifted a free pb. I've landed many friends fish before and would never dream of claiming it as my own, what sort of accomplishment would that be? Whoever casted and baited up did all the important part and the rig would hook the fish for you too so really all your doing is reeling in your friends fish for him. It was his rig and cast that caught the fish. I could never ever claim someone else fish as my personal best achievement, you wanna be proud of your pb.

@@jonboy8086 Keep watching the water. If you see fish elsewhere it's worth moving swims. The fish often stick together so where there's one there'll be more! Most Baits work, as long as you are on the fish 👍

How can You claim that 42lb mirror is your pb? It was on your mates rod his swim that he placed . You should of handed the rod over to him but yet you take the glory of a pb. . Bad angling. Aswell as bad handling
If you watch the whole video I don't claim it's my fish. The reason I had to land the fish myself was because my friend wasn't there. Of course I would of given him his rod if he was within shouting distance but he wasn't. The video was edited to make it more watchable, which means you don't see the whole story of what went on.
