- FISHING THE HYBRID METHOD FEEDER - The Short Method! The method feeder is one of the most effective feeder fishing tactics on commercial fisheries. Here I visit Monk Lakes in Kent looking to bag some BIG Carp on the Hybrid Method Feeder. This Video is in addition to my first video which you can find on my channel.
In this Video I show some more footage of my recent trip out, but this one is all up close ACTION footage with some Top Tips added in for good measure.

Brings back memories, I fished like that a lot, I always remember an old guy on the next peg said, "You won't catch anything using that," after a few mins of my cast I cought a bit Tench, then about 10 mins later another one. He then came for a closer look at my set up, give him his due he did say, "I never thought that method was any good but you surprised me."
Gotta love a bit of method fishing mate. Works even in winter just got to scale feeder and hookbait size down.

I will have to agree tge N-Gauge is a lovely rod, nice and soft at the top but powers up nicely. I have both the Feeder and Pellet Waggler but in 10', also have the same again in the newer Guru A Class series, alot cheaper but feel very similar, main difference being the N-Gauge has a better quality carbon fibre. If your on a tight budget DONT overlook the A Class rods.
Both brilliant series of rods mate.. i have n gauge and a couple of Aventus. New N gauge pros are out in june.
