@monk7074 Actually it's a pretty cheap rain coat! I wanted to buy a cheap coat just for handling the fish I catch! Especially if doing long sessions where I'm not going home to wash. I'll take the coat off after handling a fish and put on a dry non smelly coat again. When I caught that COLLOSUS fish my top was soaked and I had to drive home like it!

@@dirkcludts3421 Good advice... Keeping it simple, always watch the water for signs of fish. My friend has just caught 2 carp using maize, chilli oil and Boilie.. ! In this cold weather too.. He surprised me 😯

@@michaelhorner9215 I know what you mean.. I was online at 2am in the queue. I gave up eventually. Next day I booked Plantation, and a session on Prairie. It's the same every year! I think I need to get my whole family on it next year 😄

​@@sifishesyeah it was really disappointing, north lake and pullens got booked up by lake only bookings with only a few left in Jan,Feb and December on the 3rd December swimbooker site. Was hoping for 2 nights on North lake and 1 on pullens. Got 2 short sessions on plantation in the summer so hopefully I can do as well as you did

But yes a few people have told me it's not that hard! 👍 I blanked on West end at the start of December, was tough. Not good mate. It's a shame because I quite like the bivvy itself. Gonna start looking up stronger bivvys

@@MrStuart4001 Forgot to mention the lights. I don't really see the point of them really, I suppose if it's an emergency and you have no other lights it may be useful but most fishermen have a head torch or a bivvy light anyway.

@@sifishesyou can’t see the point of the light? There’s a few settings on the lights so when you take it with you you can leave the Bivvy lights at home.
