    If you had to hire a contractor to do the renovation, how much more it would have cost? Does it still make sense to invest in property like this if you don't have any renovation skills?

    What cartel do I have to work for to qualify for a 1.2m$ house?

      The purchase price was in the $800,000 and rental income is added to your total income for qualifications. Typically, expect around 4-5x your combined income to qualify so it’s very doable for a middle classed couple in the GTA
