Easy fight all things considered because you have Tifa, Cloud and Yuffie in your party and this guy staggers easily. He is also weak to ice so bring your strongest Ice Materia. Take out his right arm to stop him from spawning more copies. Even if he does get a couple of copies out he's still not that much trouble and you can easily overpower him.
