No, since I made it double sided with heat n bond in the middle, I didn't need to use it on the cork fabric in this project. I only used the stiffener on the denim.
I followed all your directions but when it went to cut it did it for about 2 seconds and then the red light came on blinking. This was with the cork on cork, The first one you did. What am I doing wrong?
I had never even heard of a red blinking light on a cricut, so I went to the cricut website to see what it means. Apparently it is a material issue. I copied and pasted what it said and here it is: If the blade encounters inconsistencies in material thickness or density it will get stuck and may cause a blinking red light. Simply follow the onscreen instructions to clear any debris, and press the cut button again to resume the cut. This may happen multiple times during a cut.
I followed this tutorial. It didn't cut through on one pass using the rotary cutter with 'more' pressure so I ran it through again - and it damaged my mat! :(
Oh no!!! I a so sorry that happened to you! I would keep the mat and use it for test cuts so you can determine what settings work best on your materials and machine. If you try it again on more pressure and it doesn't cut all the way through, you might run it through again on less pressure the second time. What cork are you using?
Good video thanks looks good ❤
This was a great instructional video! Thank you!
Thank you! I am actually working on another video using cork fabric right now:)
Great tutorial. So many great tips.
Thank you so much♥️
Love these
Thank you! I am working on a new earring video where I will be using more cork:)
@@MakingwithMarilyn you are welcome. Can’t wait to see what you have made next.
Great tutorial!
Thank you Kathy!!!
Awesome tutorial! Is the earing cut file available for download? Thanks!
Thank you. Sorry that I do not have a download of it.
Did you use the fabric Stiffener on the cork material that you used?

Can I use heat n bond on the denim
Yes, you sure can.
