All recruiters should be using "easy Apply" features, It is a Joke to upload a Resume and then re-enter the details on another page. If a Company/recruiter makes the process that complicated, Would I really want to work for them?
Yes you're right. I experienced using this feature before but never heard back from many of my applications so I think I need to consider an alternative way for my job search. Thanks so much for the honest review of the feature!
I use applied for my first job through LinkedIn easy apply and I clicked your video because I wanted to know how it worked from the employer side. Thank you for this video!!
I used easy apply back in 2021 and got 4 interviews and 2 job offers. I accepted one of the roles. I couldn’t believe that easy apply actually worked for me.
Thanks for this helpful info! If I'm applying for 2 different types of roles - say marketing and HR because I've done both - and I use easy apply for both and upload both resumes (tweaking each resume for the specific role) will the recruiters for the marketing roles see my other HR resumes I've uploaded? I'm confused as to how to use Easy Apply (when it's the only option) when I'm supposed to tailor my resume to each individual job description. Thank you!
What if you do not see the hiring manager or the person who posted the job. What do you do then? (currently in the process of looking for an internship via LinkedIn)
Greetings, congtats for this project, I would like to ask you for your support. Some days ago I applied for a job in easy apply in linkedin, however I tailored my profile after I sent my request, under this circunstance does that mean that the recruiter will not be able to see my info updated and customized to match with the key words of the job descripton? Will he only be able to see my info such as it was sent when my request was sent? thank´s
i dont think this days it helps to keep your cv on linkedin and relax hopping to get a call that will never come ....cause each company has different job description and you have to align your cv with the description.......

Good 🙋
Good question ^
I agree with you! Just because it is easy, doesn't mean it is always the best way. Thanks for sharing! HUGE HELP.
Yes! If its easy, EVERYONE will do it. Harder to stand out but worth it if you use the right strategies
Thanks for watching! ★
I have used the easy Apply button.

Great video
after application submission through easy apply, can we replace our submitted resume
From my understanding, you cannot replace the resume once it's submitted.
Its expensive..
It's a scan
EASY APPLY
Awesome! Cool to know you've used this feature
