Interesting, I found the metal pop fitters were OK but had some ringing at times with certain frequencies. Also had a few different cheap pop screens that each worked "ok" but also introduced their own issues at times such as comb filtering. I Settled on the Pauly Ton p120p30 works fine without issues and compared to my microphone(s) that it is protecting is very reasonable. Almost like it is not there. I understand that people with very cheap microphones would be surprised 😮at the pt120 price but its relatively I suppose. What value do you place on your sound and if you can't tell the difference then that's a differentconversationall together. There are other techniques to use to reduce these pops as well and I think that when these are learned with experience of the artists and engineers, this problem goes away.
@@allaboutaudio_tv what’s even more interesting is that the Pauly ton isn’t talked about much on other mic reviewers channels at all, especially including the Blast Pad Popfilter which is very hidden and I’ve only personally seen on a few channels here and there, but I got my hands on one for 300$ as well as the Pauly for 200$, and I’ve gotta say it, for the price, it kills the plosives by 90% with a little heat when I blow hard into it on the other side 😱 it’s strong enough to be used with amp plosive for ribbon mics like this for ex: ruclips.net/video/q-IxGpTym1I/видео.html
It's better but expensive but you could buy a gooseneck pop filter and aquarium Sponge filter for like $15 and it does same thing: ruclips.net/video/E0OtPXUFCxE/видео.html
Du geiler strolch du geiler .. geil geil geil deine video. Machen Sie einfach nochmal weiter so und das Kanal wird noch ganz groß wie mein schw….. okay reden wir nicht mehr weiter über das
There should've been a metal grid/grill (not sure how they are called) type in this test.

you are absolutely right! it's a really interesting topic.
@@allaboutaudio_tv Yes! I see a pop filter like a passive compressor that sits in space ready for plosives 😀

danke für den input!! 💪
The Microtech Gefell filter, which you did not test yet, is in other comparisions the winner.
