    Mam enaku after delivery belly 4 month Mari iruku. Intha exercise evalo naal senja koraiyum 3rd exercise c section delivery anaavanga pannalama. Intha Mari simple ah butt and thigh exercise podunga mam

      Pl check do you have Diastasis recti problem, if you have do dr exercises first. Otherwise you can do any kind of exercises. Already posted videos for butt and thigh ma. Pl check my channel playlist fitness and yoga

      I posted a video on thyroid. As goitre is related with thyroid glands you can try those asanas. It may help you. But Dr suggestion would be better on this
