I know from experience if there's a pop then it pops out a few days later..also my neck got stuck for weeks after a manipulation and it took relaxing the muscles to free the neck..I'm a firm believer in keeping the muscles in balance from one side of the body to another, invariably tight lumber on the left side will be tight pecs on the left and tight hams on the left...my experience and opinion. Very open and honest video, thank you.
