  • After 18 months Project Blackout is back in the garage! Our 2004 Chevy Suburban 2500 that underwent a ton of work in 2022 is finally getting it's long awaited 2500HD hood. Along with the hood install I get involved installing a surprise later in the episode then finally conclude the video talking about a few common questions I have received over the past 18 months. Below are a number of links from previous videos within the build series of the suburban. This is Challenge The Build, thanks for watching!

    This looks awesome!!
I want to do the HD front on my already pretty blacked out 2005 Z71 1500 but the parts are almost impossible to find in sweden and import from the US would cost me almost 50% of what I paid for the car😂. Which wasn't cheap😳
I'd like to see you put on some Z71 style side steps and roof racks!
And you should get those beefy HD towing mirrors too!

It's funny you mention the mirrors because I have thought about it! I love the 2500hd look, I swapped my Silverado 1500 as well... Really does add a beefy look to the trucks... Im sure it probably costs a small fortune to get the parts imported/exported...I appreciate you watching and commenting, and good luck on the truck! 😎👍Cheers my friend
