I bought something similar when I was in college, 20 years old. I bought that pullup bar attached to a doorframe, a pair of adjustable dumbbells that go from 1.5kg-20kg each, and a bench. I'm 38 today and I'm still using those. Never once stepped foot in a gym !

I got a home gym idea from a cousin of mine
Dumbbell set (with dumbbells 2 3 kilos 2 5 kilos 2 10 kilos) he got for 40 usd a pull up bar for 30 usd stability ball for 15 usd kilo resistance band he got for 10 usd and a five dollar jump rope that was on sale

I just have a pullup bar, adjustable dumbells that go up to 90 lbs, and a yoga mat which seems like a simple home gym setup but it was probably $1200 for everything. Worth it though.
