500 Subscribers! + cooking fresh Pizza in the campervan | RidgeMonkey

I crossed the 500 subscriber mark 😁
To celebrate I take a nice drive out and try cooking fresh pizzas in the campervan using the ridgemonkey.

Sauce:
Whole plum tomatoes
Tom puree
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Oregano
Dough (makes approx 6 RidgeMonkey size pizzas):
500g Strong Bread Flour
7g Yeast (1 Packet)
2 tsp salt
300ml water
Knead for 5-10 mins and leave to rise for at least an hour.
