@@ChampDJ_10Italy also have spices especially in the region located at the tip of the boot (Calabria) famous for its chili peppers and Nduja, but we Italians don't use spices too much because they then take away or even ruin the flavor of the food

@@DB_Craft_872They meant India the largest producer of spices and has been since forever. Even Indians don't know most of the spices produced in India. And I hate how people generalize Indian cuisine (even Indians do it just like the other guy), because there are several dishes that rely on the texture and natural taste of the food itself rather than the spices.

And make sure to use a good (aged) balsamic. I didn't know about difference in quality with balsamic vinegars and when I had it in a recipe for the first time, it ruined the whole thing and I thought that was that for the balsamic for me and that I just didn't like it. But then I had a friend make me something that had balsamic vinegar on it without me knowing. I loved the dish and asked for the recipe and was surprised the balsamic was actually one of the main ingredients 😮 but it was a beautiful 20 year old one 👌 turns out I do like balsamic vinegar, just not the cheap ones 😅
