Maybe not. The Monster robs line drive home runs but that had a decidedly high trajectory. It was on a steep decline when it hit the wall. It's not out in a lot of parks.

@@buckzz___ That part of the wall is about 340 feet from home plate. The wall is straight and doesn't bow outward. It might have carried another 30 at best given how high it was and the downward angle. 370 feet isn't out in every ball park. The wall had to be built that high because it's so close to home plate.

My first at bat in the "Major League" of our Little League (we had coach pitch, Minors, and Majors based on age), I cranked the first pitch. Absolutely blasted it. It was my first time playing in a fenced in park. All previous fields had been pretty much open field parks (small town Ohio).
I lifted that ball, and was certain it was gone. I hopped out of the box shouting "Yes! Yes! Yes!" like I was Daniel Bryan. That ball left the bat so fast, launched and carrying so high and deep. I was known for my power hitting, even at ages 11, 12. My nickname the previous three years in the Minors was "Big Stick". No WAY that ball wasn't leaving the yard. Right?
It fell 10-15 feet short of the fence, and I was so busy celebrating that I only got a double. Sigh...
Not to date myself, but this was in 1995, and I still cringe about that moment often. Even remember how we had our coach at the time say to me "How about you run instead of screaming yes next time?" ::shudders:: I need to Bill Burr that memory, and scream it out.

I remember when I was in lil league this kid hit it all the way to the fence and there was an illusion to where if u hit it to the fence it looks like it’s gone, so when he thought it was gone he was waving his arms up and trying to get people to cheer and then his coaches are yelling at him “GO TWO GO TWO” and then when he realized it wasn’t gone, he started running 2nd, and I was playing 2nd base at the time so when our center fielder threw to me I got tagged him and got him out. That’s not the end of the story, so he got walked at his next at bat and stole 2nd and then when he was taking his lead our pitcher threw it to me to pick him off and he was safe so I pulled of the hidden ball trick and he stepped off and I tagged him out.
