@@real383 The KPA abandons the cult of personality surrounding the Kim family and embraces one for their "Dear General", they essentially turn Korea into one huge militarized state according to their Songun ideology and try to provoke their neighbors into war, but they're not as totalitarian as the Red Guards - They just organize their society along military lines

I'm sure there are other ways to do it but this is how it goes for me: For the superevent, I have a separate mod folder with the files so it is easier to navigate. You can find the template on the workshop, it's called "Template for TNO Custom Super Event". They're pretty easy to make. For the regular event frame, I just replace the localization and the picture. I use the same event file. For the country screen, I have to add loc for country names, edit numbers for the pie chart and add party names, add leaders and then write their bios. I have a template for the portrait background so all I have to do for leader pics is crop it by 156x210, remove the background, add the portrait background under it and add some effects. Then I load in the game, screenshot all of the frames, crop them, remove the backgrounds, and the rest is just in edit.

You have to mess with the game files and have some modding experience. I'm sure there are other ways to do it but this is how it goes for me:
