Setting like 4K 60 and auto ?

I use 4k and 2k depending on the need for horizon lock. 24 fps and auto but limited to 100-800 ISO on 4k and 100-400 ISO on 2k.

how you do the close focus with action 4 ?

Unfortunately you can't. The Action 4 has a fixed focus, with a minimum focus distance of 40cm (15 inches).
If I need a closeup, what I do is shoot in 4k, then crop in as needed in editing. Or I use a different camera.

How did you get the Action 4 to go from out of focus to in focus at 0:07 ?

Some of the b-role was shot on an a7iii. That shot wasn't on the Action 4. However is possible to add the out of focus blur in editing. 😅
I am looking into a couple of adapters to to help with the focus distance.

Its normal to feel that way. We just have to pick ourselves up when we are ready and keep pushing forward.
