This worked for me, @ 2:40 in the video, o ring was just in a different position. Took it out did the wire trick, reinstalled and didn’t work. Pulled it out again and noticed that o ring, so I attached it to the hard plastic hose that pushes into the housing instead of putting it in the hole. Worked! Thanks again guys.
Not sure bro, when you turn it on does the fuel pump prime? If not it’s not holding pressure. The fuel pump needs to stay clamped together, that’s why the TWINZ use the wire
Might be the tip over sensor. Turn the key on and off a bunch of times. If it starts after that, look up twinstunts tipover sensor fix, you glue it into place. It’ll never happen again
@@Kdeansupreme1 yeah, I’ve seen that video and I’ve tried turning the keys multiple times and push starting it. Do you think it’s possible for the tip over sensor to be stuck in the position to where it can’t supply power? Also I appreciate the help very much and will let you know the results once I’ve tired both
Yup this exact thing happen to my 21 mt07 on a crash, only difference is when I pressed the pump back down into the housing I ended up pinching the oring and it sliced it half, so I ended up chasing the problem for another couples hours until I took the pump back apart, so be mindful and don’t do the same
Anyone know if these bikes have electrical issues once the heads up display is broken cause i looped mine and will be trying this wire trick if i can but i can still hear it prime it just dosent everytime so it sounds like this problem but my displays cooked also and i know some cars have that problem
I have a problem with an fz 07. It doesn't want to turn on. It has a spark, the coils. The gasoline pump turns on. It will be that it doesn't have pressure
Didn’t loop just was riding and bikes sputtered and died. SD-19 error code and check engine light stays on now. Replaced the fuel pump and bike cranks but still doesn’t start
Twinstunts I had the same issue but my pump did not prime at all. Checked the relay, strator, regulator, no issue. Got a new fuel pump from Quantum fuel. No issue now. Working just fine.

Bike is code 4 now. Just found an ignition wire disconnect. Rewired and not she runs
Does 09 fuel pump fit well into 07?
Same pump just need to make sure you hook the wires up the same way as the 07 is wired,
