When I worked at Salt & Straw, they did a Skittles flavor for pride month. We would melt them down into to water to make a syrup and the hydrogenated oils would rise to the top in a really um...Appetizing way 😂

We've got a few farmers up here in Maine that actually grow purple potatoes. Taste exactly the same as a normal potato though lol - No skittles involved.
