Those blindfolds are a mythical treasure. Everytime they are in use, things get so very beautifully chaotic.
I’m shocked they’ve held up over the years, I believe a fan made and gifted the blindfolds, assuming the originals haven’t been replaced lol
They made an appearance on their tv show in the ice cream episode!! I was so excited to see all the cameos and other GMM related things incorporated into the show!

I had no idea Marie Calendar's was a restaurant. I've only heard of them in the context of frozen foods.
They only have locations in SoCal and a few in Vegas
I bet %100 that both pies come from Frozen. You just egg wash it and throw it into the oven. Just from experience.

How do you think this segment was inspired.
It's pretty common if you're referring to a Dominos or Mcdonalds or something, but not an actual restaurant.

Former Starbucks supervisor here, the only difference really IS the water which is filtered around 7 to 10 times, and that is why you cannot taste the minerals in it. There are other small factors like your machine's water dispersion head and descaling maintenance but that's the big difference.

That much filteration is totally unnecessary.
I would think that the bean freshness as well, plays a huge part.
I've found most success in getting the at home version of the Bunn brewers. Ain't nobody got time to filter water that much.

For the coffee it's all in the machine. They use Bunn brewers which completely disperse the water into the grounds at a MUCH faster pace. They make home machine versions and it's a game changer tbh. You should also filter your water but I would assume Nicole did that.
You don't need to filter with a drip coffee maker, or any other that uses sublimation to move the water.

I use a chemex pour over and maaaaaan i make some damn tasty coffee with it… not to toot
Partially true... but they use distilled water for brewing at most places... same reason why drinks don't taste watered down at nice bars when you order a cocktail with ice

@lucian seriously😂😂 there were definitely seasons where you could feel the tension, or seasons where one of them was meaner to the other. and although its natural and was funny as well, this season has been so strong and humorous up until now and I feel like its a lot due to where they are with each other

For the wheat bread from CCF, as a former prep and line cook for them, they should technically be the same thing. They get it delivered in a box and just put it in the oven to heat for 10-15 minutes. I presume the ones you buy at a grocery store are just pre-packaged and wrapped with their branding

Rhett, filtered water helps quite a bit. But to really get that flavor without it tasting like water mixed with coffee beans is to first buy whole bean, grind only what you need and use an espresso machine. Basically become a Barista!! Or if you're lucky like me (lol) you live with a certified Barista and get the best coffee ever anytime!! I made a deal with my daughter: she gets certified and I'd buy the best espresso machine with all the bells and whistles that I could afford and in return, I get coffee anytime i asked😁!! She thinks she got the better part of the deal but I know i did!!

It always amazes me how expensive food is in the US. $15 for chicken fried rice from a chain restaurant seems really expensive.

There are always things on the menu made for people who don't look at the price. Any rational person would say "I want some fried rice, how do I get some...order literally anything and it'll come with". But some brat says "I want an egg roll I want fried rice I want a pony"...ka-ching that'll cost ya.
But if you were at the restaurant and had an entree and asked for a little more fried rice, they would give it to you no charge. Probably a mountain.
They're in California, I live in the Yeehaw part of the country and those prices are wayyy higher than anything I've seen

Coming from a family of lactose-intolerants, my dad and I both swear by grocery store bathrooms in the case of an emergency. They usually have a few stalls available and are generally quite clean.

I never comment much on videos but I realized I've been watching GMM since I was 17. I'm 24 now 😊I've been through so much in life but GMM has always provided me comfort and given me laughs during hard times. I'm from Nashville, NC and I'm always proud to see how 2 genuinely wonderful individuals from small towns built so much success from the ground up. I've had the pleasure of watching you guys grow both individually and together and I hope you are each proud of how far you've come. Each time I see you getting more recognition in the media, it warms my heart. I just recently stumbled upon Pipes By George after listening to an Ear Biscuit and I found myself smiling cause it's a pleasant experience to run across places that are tied to fond memories of some of my favorite creators. I say all this to say that you inspire me and show me a great example of what can be achieved in life with dedication and hard work and it's also pretty damn cool that we grew up in the same state lol
Never mind that after watching the rest of the episode I realized that the whole thing what's full of drag giving awesome funny one-liners and burns to link so funny guys great videos
