My dad used to eat peanut butter, American cheese, and pickle sandwiches all the time. Siracha may have been a step too far for him, but the peanut butter and pickles reminded me of him and made me smile. Thanks.

As a cucumber hater I can say pickles are nothing like cucumbers even though they are one and the same. Normal cucumbers are absolutely revolting
@@SteakBaked99 I get it. I actually do like raw cucumbers but they don't like me. It's one of those foods that I wind up tasting for the next ten hours via the burping they cause me. I eat them occasionally because they are good in salads or by themselves with a little salt. Now bell peppers for me. Those are absolutely revolting and I avoid at all cost.

I met my partner because we worked together at a pet store. One day he straight up brought a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and a jar of pickles to work for lunch. I was disgusted till he made me try it. Seven years later toasted peanut butter and pickle sandwiches are now a staple in my diet 😆
