This was extremely interresting. i always said it is exagerated to create game so high in resolution, unless you're doing something that absolutely need photorealistic images or plan to play your game on 4k TV 84 inches. I think 1024 x 1024 is perfect fit.

How about an option where important close models like hands, weapons, enemies can be kept to high and other items are lower?
