    For those long time subs, yes this is a repost; had a copyright claim that had the video removed, so we made some edits to add it back to the channel. REGARDLESS this course is PURE so revist it with me! ALSO apologies for the lack of content, I've been nursing a back issue and will hopefully be back out on the course here soon!

    I nearly had the chance to play that course, but ended up playing a course called 'Adamstal" absolutely stunning course in the mountains just west of Vienna. Definitely worth a visit for anyone on their travels.

      I was between the two when I was there lol I may be back this summer and I'll definitely be trying it out!

      @@PerfectlyAverageGolfconsider going for Schönborn northwest of vienna. For me the best Course in Austria (Parkcourse around an old Castle). Adamstal is a beatiful Course with amazing views but the uber will be worse then going to fontana.

    Great round, especially considering how long some of those Par 4's were! Pretty awesome to have a sub-80 round, even with an 8 on the card.

      @@PerfectlyAverageGolf BTW, thanks for the recommendations on Charlotte-area golf courses. I played Skybrook and Rocky River while I was out there last week. PLUS, I was able to play Champion Hills. What a magical place that is! Because it's all bent grass instead of Bermuda, it all stays green during the winter. Fabulous conditions! And Postero has quickly become my go-to restaurant in the Hendo area. Shine's pretty awesome, too.

    What a great tour you are on. Have you thought about playing in all 50 states? How many have you played in already? I am sitting on 49. Just Alaska is left.

    Bro as an average golfer myself I LOVE these vids. My utterly hypocritical armchair advice is that you lose ~80% of your strokes from your short game. Try not absolutely launching your wedges, just feels like way too much club head speed where it isnt always needed. Saw you hit a ~120 yd controlled 60% backswing wedge in the Emerald Lake vid and it just looked so good, and more importantly safe. At the same time I wouldnt want some idiot telling me whats wrong with my game. You play you bro, love the vids

    • @PerfectlyAverageGolf
      @PerfectlyAverageGolf  5 месяцев назад +1

      Cheers man! And that's not at all inaccurate, short game has improved a lot since my back issue Ive been nursing over the last 2 months and I recently went out and hit nothing but 80% power shots on my first round back and it was super effective so you're advice is 🤌

    What club did you take out, so you have the 7 wood? Or are you carrying a few more clubs than you should? lol Either way, this is very cool that you are in Austria playing golf. Enjoy the trip. Looking forward to what's next. Cheers!
