I bought this album while working at Goodwill for 2.99 minus my 20 percent employee discount. It was a steal. My summer soundtrack that year lol. This song and 1000 Julys are my favorites off of it.
This song is a flat out masterpiece. It still gives me chills to listen to it. Wounded and God of Wine. Knocked it out of the park with both those songs.
Definitely their best song, very moving. Makes me emotional every time it’s my all-time favorite song out of all genres. Amazing band, I hope I get to see them live, someday
I appreciate this band, but I have heard many people over the years hate on them because of their many drug references. I believe that the emotion captured in their music stems directly from their life experiences, many of which involved the use of different drugs.
I love third eye blind & nearly all of there songs for the obvious reasons, however this song has a very special meaning to me, in 2016 they were performing in the UK so I happily went to see them live in london… was so excited but at the back of my mind there’s always that lingering doubt whether it will exceed your massive expectations - anyway, the band opened to this song & it was everything & more, the night was just perfect & the band will always hold a special place in my heart
