these judges have too much power. She sends him away for two weeks in jail because she did not like his attitude or what he said. It's sickening when you think about the other ramifications of her sentence. What about his job, loss of income, family while he is sent to jail for two weeks.....she does not care one bit and neither do the rest of people in the criminal justice system. As long as tyrants get their overpaid checks off the misery of others it's ok.

@@kendrakinard7580 SUPREME COURT DECISIONS THAT EXPOSE THE SCAM
Clearfield Trust Co. vs. UNITED STATES 318 US 363 (1942) [APPENDIX A]
In 1942 the Supreme Court made a decision that exposed the corporate government. It resulted in what is now
      called the Clearfield Doctrine.
      Summary of the Clearfield Doctrine
As all of our government "entities" (listed on Dun and Bradstreet) are doing business using private commercial
paper (the FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE), they have no more rights or privileges than any other corporation.
Because of the private currency we are all forced to use called the FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE, our so-called
government has lost its sovereignty and has become no different than a mere private corporation. As such,
government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private corporations. Therefore, if they intend
to compel an individual to some specific performance based upon their corporate statutes or rules, then they, like
any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other commercial agreement between it
and the one upon who demands for specific performance is made.
And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial agreement into evidence before
trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called statutes. Without the contract, enforcement cannot take place
      lawfully . . . unless you consent.
Bond vs. UNITED STATES 529 US 334 (2000) [APPENDIX B]
In 2000 the Supreme Court held that the American people are in fact sovereign and not the STATES or the
government. The court went on to define that local state and federal law enforcement officers were committing
unlawful action against the sovereign people by the enforcement of the laws and are personally liable for their
      actions.
The state and federal government is a corporation and therefore the Congress, state legislatures, city councils,
municipalities and all state and federal courts are corporate entities posing as Constitutional branches of
government. All laws created by these government corporations are private corporate regulations called public
law, statutes, codes and ordinances to conceal their true nature. Since these government bodies are not sovereign,
they cannot promulgate or enforce criminal laws. Corporate 'governments' can only create and enforce civil laws,
which are bound to comply with the Law of Contracts.

Most people do not have the time to show up to court for an arraignment, then show up for continuance after continuance, missing day after day of work, to finally get to defend themselves. The system is set up like that so you just pay the fine and they get their money.

This was not the judge's fault. I'm not really big on the 'system" but this was an arraignment where there is only one question: How do you plead? She immediately asked that question. At that point there are only two possible answers: Guilty, or not guilty. If he pleaded guilty, the case is over. If he pleaded NOT guilty, the trial can begin, he can request a trial by jury, and ask all the questions he wants. Instead, he chose a "third" option that does NOT exist -- an argument! He may as well have started to ask her why she drives a certain kind of car. Nothing else mattered at that time. He WAS in contempt. He was/is a trouble-maker. She might have explained the situation to him better and cited the fact that there are only two lawfully acceptable responses to "guilty or not guilty."

Second - he wasn’t talking about liberty in the context you are implying. It was in a letter to the Pennsylvania Governor from the Pennsylvania State Assembly regarding taxes on the Penn families land to raise money to defend the frontier during the French/Indian conflicts.
Third - Franklin OWNED two slaves. Jefferson OWNED over 600. These are not the type of men that I look to when I need pointers on Liberty.

SUPREME COURT DECISIONS THAT EXPOSE THE SCAM

You may not like it but it is the law. You don't talk over judge and if judge decides somebody is disrupting proceedings he/she is well within rights to restore the order by issuing fines and sometimes even jail time. This is very practical matter and has nothing to do with worshipping. There must be a written record of everything anybody said and it is impossible when people are talking over each other. Anybody would be able to drag any proceeding indefinitely if he/she was allowed to disrupt proceeding however they liked. Judge's role is to remind of the rules and enforce them when necessary. Within court room, there is nothing you can accomplish that you could not accomplish by answering questions, filing motions and generally proceeding within established process.

Minnesota case. I was ordered to Show cause why summary judgment should not be granted, per court order I came and presented evidence, in which judge refused to take and claimed that the court hearing is to show cause why I should not be found in the contempt. I said I do not understand what the judge attempting to order here, when clearly it states show cause why summary judgment should not be granted and that is the reason I am here to do so, due to the fact I have material evidence that shows I was defrauded, misrepresented.
The judge said show cause is the same as show cause, contempt. I said that orders here are two different orders and should be void for vagueness and that I demand a fair trial. I was alleged with contempt of the court. Next morning Judge again demanded to comply with their order, in which I replied that he violated my civil and constitutional rights and without due process. I was sentenced for 180days/6 month, in which later released without an official hearing, no trial.
Next day after I was released, I went to the court. I demanded this case to be tried by Jury and the judge confirmed and made a claim that Jury will be established. I was tricked into a bench trial. No jury was established.
Still fighting this case as a pro se.

Under Corpus Juris Appendum under the subheading "Attorney & Client" it explains attorney's have a dual obligation, and their primary obligation is to the government, not their client. Legally if you hire an attorney you are, by law, a "client" to the court. Consequently a "client" is defined as a "ward of the court". When you look up "ward of the court" in blacks law dictionary it says "a ward of the court is an infant or a person of unsound mind" so by definition, if you hire an attorney, you're of unsound mind.. basically.. saying if you hire an attorney you're an idiot.

I don't care who you think you are or what laws you think you know. When in a court of law, the judge has total authority, absolute!! And they will prove it to you every time!! Don't think you can school a judge on the law, in her courtroom or you will pay the price. A judge is Always right, when in her gown, in her courtroom. weather she is wrong or not. It doesn't matter!! A judge is immune to prosecution, as long as she is the one behind the pulpit. During the procedings she is the one in control. Sorry but we, the American people gave her that authority when we voted for her. You need to read up on the law before posting. Yes we have our rights but so does she, when sitting in the judges seat. She has the power to set you free or put you in jail. A higher court might rule in your favor but she still keeps her job because she was doing her job the best she knew at the time. She was not knowingly committing any crime. And the point he was trying to make, should have been done in another court, not hers.

The discretion permitted to judges in determining what is contempt and how to punish it has led some legal scholars to argue that the contempt power gives too much authority to judges. Earl C. Dudley, University of Virginia law professor, wrote that in the contempt power, "the roles of victim, prosecutor and judge are dangerously commingled." I am aware but more people need to know about how Due process that is completely ignored. This is one more way the legal system is broke. It is unconstitutional there for not enforceable by a judge as they take an oath to the constitution.

it shouldnt have been a criminal offense, they upgrade it to have a higher fine, but, if they are going to make it criminal, the rules of courtroom procedure and how the charge is handled changes completely from a misdemeanor. once it becomes criminal the prosecution is required to produce a victim and PROVE damages, they dont' have to do this when it is a simple misdemeanor, but when it becomes a criminal case EVERYTHING changes. What most people are missing here is a lack of education in the justice system and the rules that apply concerning criminal cases, most here think that the judge has unbridled and absolutely authority in a case like this and she doesn't, when a case becomes a criminal charge the defendant has a right to a jury trial, not a bench trial, which occurs for simple traffic violations, the JURY is the one who decides a defendants guilt or innocense, the purpose of the judge is to make sure the defendant's rights are not violated and the attorney's on both sides don't try to operate outside of the law and rules of courtroom procedure, this guy was absolutely right in all he said and did, the sad thing is that the rights of the populous are being violated to such a degree that society is not only getting used to it, but actually thinks it is normal, that is what you are seeing in this case. The defendant has every right to have the court explain the nature of the charges and have the court prove jurisdiction, the defendant has a right to question the charges made against him and the JUDGE is NOT the ruling authority, the JUDGE is supposed to only oversee that courtroom procedure is followed. these JUDGES are overstepping the bounds of the law when they believe they are judge, jury, and executioner, they are supposed to be NEUTRAL but they are not and are really supposed to make sure the defendants rights are not violated and they ARE supposed to explain the rights the defendant has and as I said, make sure they are not violated. A judge is not supposed to have any bias in a case at all but judges nowadays consider you guilty from the time you walk in the door absent of proof from the prosecution. AS ILLOGICAL AS IT MAY SEEM TO YOU, THE GUILT OR INNOCENSE OF A DEFENDANT IS IRRELEVANT IN A CRIMINAL TRIAL, THE ONLY RELEVANCE IN A CRIMINAL TRIAL IS WHETHER THE COURT HAS THE AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION TO OVERSEE THE TRIAL AND IF THE PROSECUTION CAN PROVE THEIR CASE. I tool law for a year before I realized america does not have a justice system, only a LEGAL system, that is why many guilty defendants go free and many innocents are found guilty. Like I said, the sad thing here is the ignorance of those who would question the legality of what the man was doing, he was well within his rights to say and do all he did but all the untrained eye sees is someone trying to get out of a ticket and being rude to judge when just the opposite was true, very sad, it was the judge who was out of line and abusing her position.

While I understand what your saying and can agree with it, there is one part I'm not quite sure about. This video really had nothing to do with the defendants original charge of driving on a suspended license, but rather the charge of being in contempt of court. Being rude and/or sarcastic towards a judge I would think can get you into some hot watet, in this case it got the defendant 15 days in jail! The defendant may have started out by asking legitimate questions regarding his original charge, but when he told the judge that he was in charge of the courtroom and that she was in contempt, well.., that's where he fu**** up. That type of rhetoric is just asking for trouble in my opinion.

I was thinking, one year of Law School may not qualify you to have your own practice, nor would it impress a Harvard professor, but that one year has given you far more knowledge than the average "Joe", David or myself. I don't know why people have to be so pugnacious, society gets no benefit from that kind of behavior at all.
I'm ashamed to admit that I've been arrested a few times... like 5, 6 or 7? I lost count. Some of them were rather serious and of course, I was guilty as charged. However, other than a holding cell until I posted bail or was OR'd, I've never done any time yet I should've.
Case in point: Fourteen years ago in CA I was charged with brandishing a handgun at 2 off duty Officers while in excess of 100mph with my two small children in the back seat, 7 more weapons in the trunk and over $400 worth of "dangerous fireworks" onboard. I had eluded the officers, however I then pulled off the interstate and had lunch at a McDonalds where I was subsequently discovered. For the very first time in my life I was rude and belligerent towards a peace officer. My weapons were confiscated, I wasn't given a receipt nor a citation nor handcuffed or detained. I was told I'd receive a letter notifying me of the date of my arraignment. I retained council to the tune of $15,000 and never went to court on the 3 felonies. One year later my attorney told me I had to choose which charge I would be found guilty of, all knocked down to misdemeanors. I was sentenced to 30 days with an anklet, $100 fine, 3 years probation during which I was to attend 52 parenting classes. I didn't take a single one! I signed up to satisfy the court at the time and the instructor was a total jerk. F*** him! Just before the end of my probation I made my attorney aware of what I hadn't done. Another $2,000 and all was well. Case closed. Yes, I was a fool, a stupid, ignorant, selfish dumbass that should've done some time, however I didn't. That brings me to what you said so, so correctly. "We have a legal system in this country, not a justice system." That is the absolute truth! Just ask myself or O.J. Simpson. Money and a good attorney buys a person freedom and there's no justice in that.
All of this took place in CA about 14 years ago. The law frowned on the combination of guns and children back then, like they still do, but all 7 weapons were returned when the case was closed. Thank goodness, otherwise I'd have retained another attorney My son eventually learned to shoot those guns as well as others when he got a little older, like 8 or 9y/o. UNDER adult supervision, of course. I grew up in a very rural area in SoCal and at 9y/o I had my own .22 rifle. At 13 y/o a 12 guage shotgun and at 18y/o the local D.A. gave me a choice between jail or the service for GTA. So Uncle Sam presented me with a brand new , slightly used, metal and plastic black M-16 and s jeep. I wasn't allowed to keep either though. ;) I think part of the reason the court showed me leniency was because I'd just become a widower only 6 months prior to the crime. My 33y/o wiife had committed suicide leaving me and our 3 & 5 y/o children. By the time probation ended I had both kids attending a top notch, $10,000+_yr private academy where they wore uniforms and I had to drop them off, pick them up, pack their lunches and physically go over their homework every night. My kids were straight A students, had perfect attendence and were doing simple Geometry and Algebra by the 4th grade. Tell me that isn't a real live parenting class! That's why I never attended the court mandated one. I could've been found in contempt of court I suppose. Also, I'd previously spent 9 years in the USMC, received 3 Honorable Discharges and was part of Desert Shield & Desert Storm in Saudia Arabia & Iraq. My service record was/is exemplary. I think those factors may have helped me, but what about society? A combat vet, suffering from PTSD, caught speeding down the freeway pointing a gun at two morons that had badges ( and they were exactly that) while being armed and ready to confront the Republican Guard again if necessary shortly after losing his wife of 16 years! Damn, put like that I'm scaring myself! Bellevue, here I come!
It's said that with age comes wisdom and maturity, I'm still looking for both! ;) I no longer drive a vehicle that I'd consider driving over 100mph. Instead I drive a 3/4 ton crew cab with an 18" lift and 46" tires that'll squash any import (or police car). I still carry a weapon, just one though, legally of course. I sold my house in CA, moved to another state and have no regrets doing so! At 53 y/o I'm retired, own my own home outright on 5 acres and can come and go wherever I want, when I want. I've since replaced the children with a female pit bull and (replaced the first wife)* with two more. However, the bad news is that before I turned 45 y/o I'd buried all three wives. The good news is... I'm not a suspect! LOL! No, there is no good news when burying a loved one. Three seperate incidents all unrelated, leaving behind 3 sets of grieving parents, a total of 6 children, a couple of ex husbands and me. Sometimes I think maybe the good Lord saw fit to give me a break in my legal matters, but punished me in my marital relationships. My last wife and I were only married 63 days. It isn't fair. Not only was I devastated upon getting the news, but my children had now lost 3 frickin' wonderful moms! Three of the best women a man could ever hope to meet! To me, Hell on Earth is watching your children in mental agony and as a parent there's nothing you can do to ease their suffering. THAT is Hell. If there was ever a good reason to go bonkers down a CA highway in excess of 100mph, that would be a good one. However, I'm tired of handing money out to attorneys and making them rich. Also I love my freedom and it would be reckless of me to put innocent people's lives in danger, possibly causing the very thing that my children and I went through three different times. Ha! There's that wisdom & maturity! LOL! Finally! ;)
You Sir, or Ma'am, have yourself a wonderful day! I've texted your ear off and my finger to the bone while ranting and reminiscing! Thank you for the insight into a court room although I plan on never seeing the inside of one as a defendant ever again! ...but then, who actually plans on doing that? ;)
      Ciao!
      * "...replaced the first wife..."
There's no such thing as replacing a wife. A wife is a human being, an individual, not an appliance from the local Sears store!
When I wrote that it was just an easier way for me to make my point, is all. So for all you haters out there that want to rip me a new one for saying that or anything else I wrote, just don't. I have enough guilt to carry around as it is without spiteful idiots adding hatred to my burden!

Just shows how arrogant people get when they think they now the law and let it get to there head. he was not there for a hearing, he was there to say his plea and get a court date. so he did not know the law and saw a cell block

He was not there for his day in court. he was there to find out when his day I court was. You act a fool, get treated like a fool. Be smart about what your doing. I am all for protecting you rights, But you have to know when the time to fight is and be properly prepared. He did not k ow when the time was, and was prepared like a fool.

Do you realize that we all pay for these institutions to operate? These are not buildings staffed with people for the pure entertainment for people with a chip on their shoulders.

The 'judge' is given authority to preside over a court of law. This is NOT a court of law. A court of law deals with crime and is a court of record with a jury of the defendants' peers. This court is none of those things so she is 'running' a fraudulent racket and should be in jail! This man told the judge otherwise and he challenged her jurisdiction which she was unable to prove - no victim, no crime, no law!
