കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ടെസ്റ്റ് ഡ്രൈവ് ചെയ്തു... ഒട്ടും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടില്ല. 20+ ലക്ഷം കൊടുത്തു വാങ്ങുന്ന ഒരു വണ്ടിയുടെ Refinement ഇല്ല. Engine കൂടെ കൂടെ ഓൺ ആകുന്നുണ്ട് ഓൺ ആകുന്ന ടൈംമിൽ നല്ല മുരൾച്ച കേൾക്കുന്നുണ്ട് പിന്നെ cvt യുടെ rubberband എഫക്ട് നല്ല പോലെ ഉണ്ട്. ഹൈ സ്പീഡ് കോൺറിങ്ങിൽ നല്ല ബോഡിറോൾ ഫീൽ ചെയ്തു. ബാക്ക് സീറ്റ്‌ തീരെ യാത്ര സുഖം ഇല്ല... വളരെ ഉയർന്ന സീറ്റിങ് പൊസിഷൻ ആണ് അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഹെഡ് റൂം വളരെ കുറവാണ്. ചെറിയൊരു ഹംമ്പ് സ്പീഡിൽ ചാടിയാൽ തല റൂഫിൽ ഇടിക്കും. അതേപോലെ ഉലച്ചിലും കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. നല്ല congusted ഫീലിംഗ് ആണ് ബാക്ക് സീറ്റിൽ. പിന്നെ സൺറൂഫ് ന്റെ കവറിങ് വൈറ്റ് മെറ്റീരിയൽ ആയതുകൊണ്ട് നല്ല പോലെ വെയിൽ അകത്ത് വരുന്നുണ്ട്.പിന്നെ ആകെമൊത്തം വണ്ടിയുടെ പ്രൊപോഷൻ ശരിയല്ല. പുറമെ ഭയങ്കര വലുപ്പം തോന്നും ഉള്ളിൽ ഭയങ്കര ഇടുക്കവും. A piller ന്റെ വീതി ഭയങ്കര കൂടുതൽ ആണ് അതുകൊണ്ട് നല്ല വളവൊക്കെ എടുക്കുമ്പോ blind spot നല്ല പോലെ ഉണ്ട്. Hood ലെങ്ത് ഭയങ്കര കൂടുതൽ ആയതുകൊണ്ട് പൊക്കം കുറഞ്ഞ ആളുകൾക്കു ഫ്രണ്ട് വിസിബിലിറ്റി ഭയങ്കര കുറവായിരിക്കും. 6/10.

Can't even compare with vw taigun gt plus 1.5, almost same pricing,
Taigun is a very good car. There were some issues (search for epc issues) reported with the 1.0 L TSI variants, apart from that I guess it’s a good option. Has better wheelbase than hyryder despite being shorter overall length and has better boot space than the hyryder. VW promises cheaper ownership costs, but that remains to be seen in the long run. Taigun has scored a very good 5 star rating in the GNCAP assessment for safety.
Get hyryder if you want better mileage and better overall feature set and Toyotas reliability (hybrid engine is from Toyota and though many of the parts and platform is from Suzuki, it’s manufactured by Toyota). Despite multiple reviews that say hyryder hybrid lacks power, it is adequately powered from my test drive experience, largely due to the electric motor which gets the full 141nm torque from the get go.

എനിക്ക് വളരെ കുറച്ചു ഓട്ടമേ ഒള്ളു. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളപ്പോൾ മൈൽഡ് ഹൈബ്രിഡ്,സ്‌ട്രോങ് ഹൈബ്രിഡ്, വെഹിക്കിൾ ഉപയോഗപ്രദമാണോ? ബാറ്ററി ചാർജ് ആകണമെങ്കിൽ അത്യാവശ്യം നല്ല ഓട്ടം വേണമെന്ന് കേൾക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ പെട്രോൾ എൻജിൻ അല്ലെ നല്ലതു?

For HYRYDER it's around 2-3 lacs. So eventually you're spending 10 times the amount you are saving by buying an EV, also you will have range anxiety and will have to wait longer to get it charged .
