You can see her in the Intro on the part where Zero walks around in the Cockpit and Ending with Sigint on where Snake got his title. There's even a Secret Theater of MGS3 where it have some blooper scenes where Para-medic was riding The Boss's horse. She's even playable in MGS Portable OPS if you go to the communication tower after getting a medicine for Campbell and your allies where you have to find her so she can be unlocked
I realize now that Para-Medic, at least in MGS3, is a James Bond reference in it of herself, a parallel to Miss Moneypenny. Both serve a higher commanding officer to the hero (Moneypenny to M, Para-Medic to Zero), both are meant to give that real cute, hot but sweet vibe, and both have unrequited crushes on the main hero character and flirts from time to time (although Snake being Snake, he never catches on).
These codec calls always had an intimate feeling to them. All of them throughout the games. It’s one of the best character/relationship building devices that mgs ever had.

One of the first things she says is that she had a good reputation before she joined the CIA, with her admitting that she got a reputation as a quack doctor. She also mentions her knowledge of dna, and the importance of Snake having children, with her saying that clones are more efficient than just having children. It’s true that she says the cloning wouldn’t be morally right, however it’s easy to see her curiosity overtaking her morality given time, especially given her eccentric nature. She even says that “technology changes people” Combine these things together, and it’s not too hard to imagine her trying to create a cyborg ninja, or trying to clone Snake. Having Paramedic and Sigint be members of the Patriots puts you into Big Boss’s head space, you can’t believe that your friends would betray you. It adds a human element to the shadow government in a way that feels so natural that you don’t want to believe it, just like Big Boss.

Is your mind blown that she(Dr.Clark), was a support character that tells Naked Snake what should be edible, and can help you save your progress, alongside Sigint who is the Darpa chief, and yet they get killed off like its nothing in the PS Metal Gear Solid? Grey Fox kills Paramedic, and Sigint who is the darpa chief gets killed too. There was a brief interacting between him and Solid Snake.

lostn65 Depends also on how often you'd save the game (some people don't save too often for the challenge or whatever), because most of these conversations took place after saving. Para-medic: "You wanna save, Snake?" Snake: "Yeah" *after saving's done* Para-medic: "Snake, did you see the movie ..." So basically save often and you get a lot of these convoes.

BioHassard Also the time stops during the radio calls, you know, Snake enters a lift, gets a call and they have all the time of the world to chat, the lift won't arrive at it's destination until they quit the convo. They've had some deep lift shafts back there, and endless ladders as well.

does she really have 80 minutes of codec chats? I must have missed a lot of them. I listened to every incoming call and made quite a lot of outgoing ones but didn't realize there were this many.
lostn65 Depends also on how often you'd save the game (some people don't save too often for the challenge or whatever), because most of these conversations took place after saving.
Para-medic: "You wanna save, Snake?"
Snake: "Yeah"
*after saving's done*
Para-medic: "Snake, did you see the movie ..."
So basically save often and you get a lot of these convoes.
