Flirting with Tax Fraud

The plaintiff says the defendant became a stripper after they began dating, and he was her manager. He says after they broke up, though, she threw a brick through his window. He’s suing her for an unpaid loan. The defendant admits she threw the brick, but she wants to get rid of him for good. She insists the money was a gift.
