I always cringe whenever the plaintiff ends up having to pay the defendant. She clearly is in a bind and really needs that money even though the evidence is overwhelmingly on his side and she feels as though she has a credible case even after two dismissals.
Evidence? Where? 2 things, where's his cancelled check for the debt? Where is his pay stub from his so called union job while he's telling her for 17 years he has no job. Most importantly why didn't judge ask to see it. She got played twice by this fool.

I believe this woman wholeheartedly. The case was about the money he never paid back and not his free rides to her mother's hospice and subsequent funeral. If this guy truly paid her anything, then where are his receipts, check stubs or bank statements to prove he paid her any amount of money?!?! That guy brought a financial advisor to court to help him clean up his credit from this outstanding judgement, but all he did was trick that lady into to signing an agreement that he would give her $500 to take of the debt once and for all, but he never paid it. That was her reason for bringing him back to court. I wish Judge Mathis would have asked for written proof of financial payments he made to her.

I believe her. There is something so condescending and untruthful in his whole demeanor. He must have settled outside of court BUT didn't actually pay her the money, and she signed papers WITHOUT knowing what she was signing. I bet he had her sign papers during the rough patch in her life, whilst dealing with the loss of her mother.
