I'm going to show you how you too, can draft the Specification part for a Provisional Patent Application. In this tutorial, I will share with you the actual Specification that I filed with the PTO for my Tangle-Free Flag Provisional Patent Application, and that will serve as the template that we will follow. I will also share how to begin framing your own Specification and what to be mindful of... before, during and after the drafting process.

Here's the value of my books...
I have at minimum, well over 1,000 hours of writing that has gone into each piece. Both books are the culmination of a 20 year long journey that started off with nothing more than an idea.
So..., I started off right where you are.
    MY BIO
    worldclassinve...
I am the most cited inventor in the history of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the field of oil filtration; a ten billion dollar, annually repeatable market in North America alone.
My FLASH OF GENIUS moment came a knockin' when I was in my early twenties, while I was driving tractor trailers over-the-road throughout the United States. Without any prior technical experience, I was granted two benchmark patents in this highly technical field and my patents & intellectual property portfolio would change the way that oil filters are presently made, marketed and conceptualized around the world.
My patents & extensive IP portfolio would give birth to the Fram Doubleguard oil filter, and shortly thereafter, the Fram TRT oil filter.
The Doubleguard was featured in Walmart and many of the major automotive retailers throughout North America & it would sell over $100MM worth of product in three months in Walmart alone!
And that was just the beginning of my journey!
Before my products had time to really soar, I would end up suing AlliedSignal/Honeywell, over the theft of my intellectual property & I would file a nine-count complaint against them in Federal District Court.
So, I quit my job... mortgaged my home, which was paid for and sued this behemoth by myself, as a Pro se Plaintiff.
FYI ... It's nearly impossible to find a law firm that will take on a complex intellectual property lawsuit on a contingency basis.
Additionally, in order to secure a law firm capable of taking on such a case, it requires at bare minimum, a few million dollars in cash up front to even begin to wage an intellectual property lawsuit of this magnitude.
Just so you know..., when I had faced off against AlliedSignal & Honeywell, they had just undergone a friendly merger in the summer of 1999. The newly combined companies would morph into a Fortune 18 Company with over 250 lawyers on staff. Their lead outside defense counsel that they pitted against me was one of the largest and most powerful lawfirms on the planet; Kirkland & Ellis with over 1100 attorneys.
Honeywell, would end up settling with me some four years later, on the very eve of my jury trial for millions.
