This is such a brilliant idea and I love the tassles brushed or maybe a mix of brushed and unbrushed. Will see how it looks with odd rows brushed and the other unbrushed tassels. Thanks, love your video tutorials
Thank you for this video! I saw someone use this method for a blanket and I loved it so much I wanted to try it myself. Your video helped so much! Thanks again!
Hi Donna, just saw your video weaving tutorial, absolutely easy to follow and beautiful in appearance. You are a very good teacher throughout your explanation. Way to go! Thanks for uploading this video and sharing with everyone who is willing to learn. Happy Holidays---
I just made this and it turned out great.thanks for the video. I used grey for the base and red and off white for my woven colors. I'm really happy with it. I wish I could attach the pic.

Thanks for this video!! Its great for begginers who are looking to step it up a notch!! I would love to see a tutorial on fingerless mittens for children!!! (or adults)
hermoso, me encanta aprendo cada vez mas.... revisando su pagina encontré una hermosa cartera rosada en forma redonda me gustaría saber como hacerla....saludos desde Ecuador.
This is so awesome!! TY for putting it together and sharing!! I was wondering if it would work the same if you were to use hdc instead of dc? I just want the hole to be a bit smaller (making a blanket) Would you still ch4 and turn or would you only ch2 and turn? TIA
hi naztazia.,i fell in love with the diy finger knitting i seen on fb.n thought i would go check it out n wow.i thought to myself i can do that if a lil 5 yr.old can do that so can i .ummm well im still trying to get it right,n my grandaughter who is 6 yrs old was helping me n i was having a ball.! it doesnt seem like its the right way at the end.but it looks good enought n i beleive i did it the exactly same way as i seen in ur viedo.weh u did the finger knitting one.i also watched a few other ones to see which one was the best to do.i might not have the right yarn or it doesnt matter.?
wow...it's nice & ur hook is nice too. where did u get it from, may i know? i m a beginner, i want to make something easy & beautiful like sweater or something, can u recommend me something easy to make in short time? here online i m finding many things so i m getting puzzled which one to select.
temnegirl Thanks! Normally with ribbon, I add fringe to the scarf and work the ribbon into the fringe. If you do not want fringe, then each ribbon strip would have to be tucked under and sewn with a needle and thread on the backside. Or you could tuck the ribbon under backwards and use a dot of fabric glue to glue the end of ribbon to itself underneath. The nice thing about fabric glue is the item is completely washable once it has dried.
I LOVE your scarf Naztazia! I will be making it soon; but I need a yarn needle big enough to support a bulky yarn. Where o where did you get that needle?
CinCin Vargo Thanks for the kindness! I'm not sure where you live, but in my area Walmart carries a big blue plastic needle by Boye that would support a bulky weight yarn. Amazon carries it too. Most of the craft stores will carry something larger, usually where they sell crochet hooks and knitting needles.
Hi Naztazia, great video! Thanks for sharing. What length is your infinity scarf in the picture? I'm thinking of using a different weight of yarn (to use up some of my stash) but I really liked the look of the length of your infinity scarf. Any help you could give me would be great. Thanks again, it should be a great pattern to use up odds and ends of different coloured wool :-D xox
I am sitting here wondering if I could possibly turn this into a long rectangular rug and weave thick yarn or fabric to put beside the bed over a carpet.....I have to ponder on this. For now I just started a cowl to see how it is going to turn out. I making it much wider so that it could fold over around my neck.
Oh absolutely you can. Back in the 50s (and probably beforehand), they made blankets using this same weaving concept. Like you said with thicker yarn this would work well as a carpet.
I want to turn this into a temperature blanket! For the life of me, I can not figure out the math. I need the mesh part to be 365 CH 1 spaces wide. Can someone please tell me how many chains I would need to achieve that?
Hi - I purchased my lighted hook (called The Crochet Lite from Widget) from my local craft store Joann Fabrics. They also sell them on Amazon too. The yarn I used in this project include Lion Brand Wool for the cream colored part and Red Heart Super Saver for the blue/green/orange/pink parts. I believe I purchased those from Joann's as well.
Great thank you. I'm from the uk but our yarn is very dear and my closest yarn shop is 90 miles away. It works out cheaper buying from US but it's whether they'll deliver
***** Hello - You can find the written pattern on my website, http;//naztazia.com Just look for the photo of the scarf and click on the words "written pattern" underneath the photo.

@@naztazia Thanks Naztazia .... and greetings to you all the way from South Africa

How would you tie off ribbon in the Easy Weave Woven scarf. I really, really like this pattern. Thanks Jenn
Спасибо!

Nice! I'm going to use ribbon. Do you have a tip for finishing and hiding ribbon ends?

Does the light in the book help?
Thank You much!!! (y) (y) (y)
Thankssssssssssssssss
Could you do this with bulky yarn so the scarf would be more thicker and wavy looking?
I am making a shawl using worsted weight yarn for the mesh...and Lion Brand Homespun to weave in.
