    I am constantly in fight or flight mode because of my core obsessive fear.

      If you are still struggling, consider getting help from a mental health professional. There is no reason that you need to suffer- there are things that can be done to make a significant difference in your life when it comes to core fears. Just make sure you go to a mental health professional that you trust knows how to treat these problems.
