Thanks, and yes I would consider this push pull that is influenced by parts of the Moeller technique. one thing you will find getting into speed drumming is people will argue about the names of the techniques. There are differences for sure but a lot of them have overlap. And yeah I had the metronome on 240 doing two per group to make it 1/8th notes, would be 1/16th notes at 120, they r the same.
