Maybe the teachers are tired of these bad ass kids and the lack of parenting at home? Maybe there trying anything to prevent these kids from growing up and beating on there teachers. Maybe you should parent your kids so the system doesn’t have to.
Arresting someone at that age doesn’t teach kids that age not to do stuff like that. All it does, is teach them not to trust cops, because they have been traumatized. Taking a child away from their loving and caring mother and/or father for any reason at age 10 and younger, is going to leave permanent mental wounds and scars. Some of those kids were 5 and 6 years old, and charged with felonies. Kindergarteners and Preschoolers charged with felonies. Even in the Foster Care System, we have kids who were taken away from their parents, who afterwards are now on psych meds, because the state got it wrong, and took away the kids from parents who did nothing wrong, and the state claims they were abused. It’s sickening.
Next time a 1 year old kid cries lets arrest him for disorderly conduct because he disturbed the peace. Or why don't they arrest an unborn baby for kicking the mom inside the belly! Seems like a great idea, right?
Age is irrelevant, there’s no age you start treating kids as criminals… you treat a HUMAN as a criminal once they’ve committed a crime, the definition of a criminal. Children, preteens, and teens aren’t perfect little angels, they’re human too and can be just as violent/dangerous as adults. That’s why we need to give our children all the love and understanding we can so that they learn in a healthy manner, these officers need to learn some more deescalation tactics, especially with people whos brains arent fully developed yet.
I was hauled into the principals office and threatened to be suspended. I gave “the finger” to the bus driver. I was showing her my “boo boo” And i was 5. I wasn’t cursing at anyone. My mom asked me why i showed my middle finger. I told her: i was showing my boo boo. People take some things way too seriously. “What if a 5 year old brings a knife to school” What 5 year old brings a knife to school with the intent to harm??
the concentration camps are for the children... It's ALL set. We send our children to school, school is kinda set up like a prison routine, now this year there is "new and more restrictive safety precautions and lock down rules" and the school buses are at the ready to haul our children to these locations for "re-education", the children will be scared and confused, like something happens at the school to scare them enough to get on the buses "to be safe", and the children will be used as leverage against the parents to force them into submission and compliance in order to get their children back. Oh yeah, it's definitely happening or going to happen soon. This is getting REAL.
I saw a video of two 8 year olds, pull out their dads gun and try to kill a kid on their SCHOOL BUS... some kids dont understand concequences until there are actual consequences. Children can quickly pick up on right or wrong... but if doing th wrong thing keeps benefiting them, why would they do the right thing?
Y'all are sick... What now? When a baby accidentally hits a person, they're going to arrest him/her? When a toddler goes on a temper tantrum gets arrested? Children aren't being allowed to be children now? Isn't getting expelled or suspension enough? This is so fucked up.

Grown people I've seen working in Food Lion have acted like a child and thrown a temper tantrum.
A child should be treated as a criminal atleast 18 if he does something real bad
Gotta do something in the meanwhile though... Everyone is in danger, including other kids
Ain't nobody gonna question why the full circle logo looks like a body cam logo
What the hell is wrong with Florida police. At some point you gotta ask yourself, am I really arresting a 6 year old for doing typical 6 year old things right now?
Ikr!
Maybe the teachers are tired of these bad ass kids and the lack of parenting at home? Maybe there trying anything to prevent these kids from growing up and beating on there teachers. Maybe you should parent your kids so the system doesn’t have to.
Kids can be criminals. Parents don't parent anymore. Their uncontrolled brats. Arrests are called tough love. Maybe they'll learn
It’s sickening.
judge them by their actions, not their age
Ridiculous
Next time a 1 year old kid cries lets arrest him for disorderly conduct because he disturbed the peace. Or why don't they arrest an unborn baby for kicking the mom inside the belly! Seems like a great idea, right?
Umm are you suggesting that it’s ok to arrest toddlers?
ACAB!!!
That's why I'm never gonna support the police
Age is irrelevant, there’s no age you start treating kids as criminals… you treat a HUMAN as a criminal once they’ve committed a crime, the definition of a criminal. Children, preteens, and teens aren’t perfect little angels, they’re human too and can be just as violent/dangerous as adults. That’s why we need to give our children all the love and understanding we can so that they learn in a healthy manner, these officers need to learn some more deescalation tactics, especially with people whos brains arent fully developed yet.
Yes. I agree. Everyone in this comment section is so fucking sensitive
He’s 5, why not call the parents?!
But, if the parents are not available or if the child is an orphan, What would you do, exactly?
ACAB!!!
If you're 17 and you kill someone you're an adult you need to be charged as an adult
you gotta take this by a case by case basis as every case is different, what if the 17 yr old killed in self defense?
Same if you are 6
Florida has some over the top laws
What about drinking alcohol, degloving, or other bodily harm!??
if you handcuff a child you should immediately be fired without pay. you yourself have no self control and kids can see that and will act out
Kid: *throws a temper tantrum*
The teacher: THAT'S A CRIME!!! OFF TO JAIL!!!
Only in floirda
What happen to iss, or no recess time or detention or calling parents?
Those kids are scarred for life, thats horrible
I was hauled into the principals office and threatened to be suspended. I gave “the finger” to the bus driver.
I was showing her my “boo boo”
And i was 5.
I wasn’t cursing at anyone. My mom asked me why i showed my middle finger.
I told her: i was showing my boo boo.
People take some things way too seriously.
“What if a 5 year old brings a knife to school”
What 5 year old brings a knife to school with the intent to harm??
If parents raised their children better, there wouldn't be as many issues with children. Behavior starts at home.
I agree but should he be arrested
What kind of cop arrests a kid? More horrifying, a kid throwing a tantrum!!? Sickening
As of now the bill was pasted and the minimum is now 7 years of age for arrest
Sounds like tyranny
How does a cop actually go out an do that to a 5 yr old?
the concentration camps are for the children...
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Arresting 5 and 6 year old????
Kids should be arrested for just 1 week
Y'all are sick... What now? When a baby accidentally hits a person, they're going to arrest him/her? When a toddler goes on a temper tantrum gets arrested? Children aren't being allowed to be children now? Isn't getting expelled or suspension enough? This is so fucked up.
bro i 100 percent stand by what the officer did you should never assault an officer
I mean it's unfortunate to say but cops don't get pay to care.
They don’t get paid shit though. So if the motivation isn’t pay and Isn’t passion for the job, then what is?
He's not a criminal yet but he's a criminal in the making , stop acting like your son is an angel , mom face reality
This is a big sign we're moving towards a dystopian future.
Kids shouldnt be arrested that will scar them for life its child abuse!
They say “teens”
They say “kids”
But they won’t say “black teens”
But they won’t say
“Black kids”
Quit ignoring the reality and question why they don’t want us to acknowledge these things
She's says how much damage can he do a hell of a lot and they should be arrested
its america, what did anyone expect?
I’m 12 and I got arrested for running from a cop
Why did u run tho?
5:26 Their blains are still developing.
