The 6yr old had temper tantrum, school calls the cops. Meanwhile, child calms down and is quiety enjoying being read a story.
Soon after cops show up and completely traumatized the little 6yr old that is now handcuffed and led to the cop car, crying and begging for a 2nd chance. What the heck is wrong with these people? Why didn't the school just focus on calming the child instead of deceiving with a story her as cops were on their way?
When young children throw tantrums there are numerous ways to calm them. This was absolutely brutal!

@@JewlofTheNile914 If that happens, of course there need to be repercussions. However, depending on age, their actions are most likely reflections of an environment or person they have been exposed to. Most kids wouldn’t just show up with a blade and start a killing spree. They are young humans that need guidance and a helping hand, not monsters that have to be constantly controlled. Get real, a kid being a serial killer or acting like one is a VERY RARE scenario. The weirdest part is that it’s easy to learn how to safely restrain a child who’s acting out and might hurt someone. It’s mandatory for some teachers. You’d think a police officer dealing with kids on a daily basis, who is supposed to be keeping kids safe, would be required to know that. But no, let’s just handcuff them and call it a day.

This happens, people treat kids abusively (with zero autonomy), and then wonder why people are fighting for childrens human rights. At this point, many/most schools in the US are only to keep kids away from adults, isolating them and using punishment instead of care, and to funnel them into the law.
Kids are getting arrested for tantrums, plastic knives, hugging, and arguing against a teacher. All NORMAL behaviors for kids that can be treated with care, guidance, and kindness to help them go in the right direction. But noooo, lets have armed guards cuff them and punish them, that makes sense. 🙄🙄🙄

Well, it is the USA, not that my school experience in Canada was as nice as yours in the '90s especially with a principal (headmaster) and a second grade teacher that were incredibly poor at their jobs. Then again, bullying in the '90s was always shrugged off as "words don't hurt" and "just ignore them and walk away" being the solution. I hate to say to those teachers but they follow you and continue to torment. Doesn't help that teachers didn't have a clue what these students did outside of class. I still find it stupid that I was the one who had criminal charges against me for retaliating while in Grade 7.

I have an idea 💡 Let's make sure that we arrest 6 year olds having temper tantrums. This way we can keep our communities safe.

Or police in Jefferson County, LA: Arresting 8,10&12 year olds (&sent to jail) for witnessing 2 kids fighting. This is the police/justice policy in that county, affecting several thousand kids.

    SWhat does this mean?
    Line from the 13th Amendment:
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, "except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted," shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
It seems that more and more stories are being exposed about youth under 18yrs are being arrested. What types of automated record keeping is being designated to these arrest files? Do these under 18yr old arrest have an agenda connected to the 13th amendment aforementioned clause?
Do we the Afri-American/Black citizens have an obligation to have this clause removed from the 13th Amendment for the protection of these youths. Shouldn't we move forward for the sake of these Juvenile aged arrestees to have their arrest records expunged for their future protection?
Remember Tennessee's Juvenile Judge Donna Scott Davenport had numerous Afri-Blacks youths convicted and jailed for fabricated crimes? Where are their records being filed? This smells of a covert agenda tied to the 13th amendment.
Please do your research on the 13th amendment via the claus:
NEITHER SLAVERY NOR INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, EXCEPT AS A PUNISHMENT FOR CRIME WHEREOF THE PARTY SHALL HAVE BEEN DULY CONVICTED, SHALL EXIST WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, OR ANY PLACE SUBJECT TO THEIR JURISDICTION.

What needs to be looked at is how the grown children today act. I do agree that handcuffs on children may be harsh but so is putting it on someone who others may see as innocent. A major factor in this image is who is teaching, the parents or the schools? Each case is different and with different outcomes but the knowledge needs to be taught to these kids that's not okay to act. Grown people I've seen working in Food Lion have acted like a child and thrown a temper tantrum.

Maybe the teachers are tired of these bad ass kids and the lack of parenting at home? Maybe there trying anything to prevent these kids from growing up and beating on there teachers. Maybe you should parent your kids so the system doesn’t have to.

Arresting someone at that age doesn’t teach kids that age not to do stuff like that. All it does, is teach them not to trust cops, because they have been traumatized. Taking a child away from their loving and caring mother and/or father for any reason at age 10 and younger, is going to leave permanent mental wounds and scars. Some of those kids were 5 and 6 years old, and charged with felonies. Kindergarteners and Preschoolers charged with felonies. Even in the Foster Care System, we have kids who were taken away from their parents, who afterwards are now on psych meds, because the state got it wrong, and took away the kids from parents who did nothing wrong, and the state claims they were abused. It’s sickening.

Age is irrelevant, there’s no age you start treating kids as criminals… you treat a HUMAN as a criminal once they’ve committed a crime, the definition of a criminal. Children, preteens, and teens aren’t perfect little angels, they’re human too and can be just as violent/dangerous as adults. That’s why we need to give our children all the love and understanding we can so that they learn in a healthy manner, these officers need to learn some more deescalation tactics, especially with people whos brains arent fully developed yet.

the concentration camps are for the children... It's ALL set. We send our children to school, school is kinda set up like a prison routine, now this year there is "new and more restrictive safety precautions and lock down rules" and the school buses are at the ready to haul our children to these locations for "re-education", the children will be scared and confused, like something happens at the school to scare them enough to get on the buses "to be safe", and the children will be used as leverage against the parents to force them into submission and compliance in order to get their children back. Oh yeah, it's definitely happening or going to happen soon. This is getting REAL.

I saw a video of two 8 year olds, pull out their dads gun and try to kill a kid on their SCHOOL BUS... some kids dont understand concequences until there are actual consequences. Children can quickly pick up on right or wrong... but if doing th wrong thing keeps benefiting them, why would they do the right thing?
