Thank you for this video. One area that lacks tutorials is forwarding a call to an outside line especially if you have no access to a computer. By the way, the app has the worst ratings, don't want to go that direction. Setting up call forward selective information sends you to holidays and I have no time to figure that out (I understand setting up holidays but not how it relates to call forwarding.) Positive, I do like the new version, I'm from AZ and have been with them longer than most of there employees.
This is super helpful, there's not enough information around this and choosing the right phone system can be a tough choice because they're all so similar now. Love the content on your channel, we should collaborate in the future.

When we signed up with nextiva we purchased polycom phones. Are these even necessary anymore? It would be nice to clear up desk space and I’d love to connect wireless headsets instead.
Yes I believe what you’d be looking for is a “soft phone” where it’s just a headset and the web app is the software. Check out soft phone for Nextiva.
This is a crap company. I am a re-seller and I have seen how they do there partners and customers.
