I made these same cookies years ago at Christmas time, except I used all chocolate chips, no butterscotch, and I also added raisins. But the main difference is, the recipe I followed said to layer everything in the pan and the Eagle Brand milk was poured over the top of everything. And you are RIGHT; they are SINFULLY DELICIOUS!!! OMGosh, I can taste them now. You got my mouth watering Momma!!! 💕
