Beautiful, just beautiful..... I did the same to one of my Jades nine months ago but certainly didn't get such excellent results! Please keep us updated....
Sigue actualizando, por favor. Estoy siguiendo este proyecto tuyo con mucho interés y ya estás acercándote al año de la poda drástica y quiero saber qué vas a hacer ahora. Gracias. Saludos
The stump cut is a very classic bonsai technique. A shocking number of the trees you'll see at shows were big ass trees that had been chopped down to a stump 2-3 times over 10+years. It'll take a few years to become invisible, but with dedication and regular work, in 3-5 years this little guy has the potential to be interesting. The real flaw is that this tree's leaves will never get smaller. But still fun to play with.
I agree. I have the same stumps and I don't find it attractive. It seems impossible to return it to natural look after the chop. The best option is allow it to regrow and chop off the new growth, plant that, and throw away the stump.
Please keep posting updates of that plant it’s very interesting
Thank you for the update. I appreciate it because it gives me some kind of idea of what I could possibly expect to see if I do this right!

After pruning, how long did you wait to water the plant?
We need a new update!
Расскажите, пожалуйста, как вы поливаете это дерево. Спасибо!
Gives me the strength to prune.
I tried exactly the same, but failed. Those small sprouts dried out.

People has a lot questions but no answer 👎👎👎👎👎
You butchered it... those stumps look awful. Bonsai trees need to trained from months old to retain natural look.
An important thing to remember about anything in life, including bonsai, is that beauty is subjective.
