My Personal Opinion: 2 batein khunga 1) ye bolna aasan hai ki fake mt lgao pr jb khud pr aati hai tb pta chalta hai ki kaise companies kisi ko interview liye bina hi sirf degree, percentage, passing year,career gap,age ke basis pr reject kr deti hain, aur tb practical level pr baat kri jayein to logon ko fake lgana pdta hai 2) Job market kbhi bhi fake experience se khrab nhi hota, experience real ho ya fake- employee ko apne kaam mai accha hona chahiye,agr 10 saal baad koi company ise reason deti hai to vo apne employee km krne ka bahana hota hai (kya 10 saal se company so rhi thi) Above are my personal viewpoint

Even if the company figures out ki fake candidate hai it is not a big deal, zyada se zyada they will fire you ya ask you to resign or maximum they can do is blacklist the candidate in their company. It wont make any difference to the candidate because he can go out and look another job. Fake experience is the last option for almost everyone because it is extremely difficult to find a job after career gap or if any one wants career shit. even company show fake profile to the clients to get projects. There is no big deal in it.
Nobody is ready to apply for fake certificate but if u have gap of 3 4 years after graduation u start a business or go for govt jobs and if all things got failed ultimately u have to go by this way only hr don't consider this type of gap
