You're confident at 9:50 looking for a podium in a tiny race these are brutal, I am doing my second lot of them tomorrow morning and I know by race 3 I will be hoping just to not finish last. Ok just finished the video, well raced sir, Tiny races are some of the hardest races on Zwift to be competative over the 4 races means you have amazing recovery I have heard people say to take them as brutal Vo2 max sessions

Good work on the run PB, I’m in a similar camp to you - circa 27 5k and that gap to sub 25 feels miles away but I’m sure it’ll just happen when you least expect it - especially after consistently putting graft in. Good luck.
Used to back up my parkruns with Zwift races. The running can pump you up for the rest of the day you can surprise yourself. Just have to keep loose and topped up on nutrition.

Well, your efforts that day may not have felt like they were the appropriate training for those tiny races. Your future self will thank you when you start crossing those finish lines at the top of the leaderboard.
Tiny Races are a brilliant format and probably suit your fast recovery style....but i imagine you've been promoted. Your racing score is moving progressively in the upwards direction. How's the rocker plate working for you? You look comfortable on it.
